Summary:
Oneroa Olive Estate is a private rural retreat set across 4.5 acres of rolling grounds, vineyard rows, and olive trees, just moments from Oneroa Village. Offering space, sun, and a strong sense of privacy, the home is designed for relaxed indoor–outdoor living while remaining close to beaches, cafés, and village life.
The Space:
Oneroa Olive Estate is arranged to make the most of its open setting and generous grounds. The main house is light-filled and spacious, with multiple living and dining areas that open directly to wide decks and sheltered outdoor spaces. Large glass sliders connect the interiors to the landscape, with views across lawns, vineyard plantings, and established greenery.
At the heart of the home, the main living area brings together a comfortable lounge, a long dining table, and a modern kitchen designed for shared meals and easy entertaining. A second living space provides a quieter place to read or unwind, offering flexibility for families or groups wanting separate zones.
Three bedrooms are located within the main house, each bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. A fourth bedroom sits in a separate standalone cottage with its own ensuite, creating a private option for a couple, extended family members, or guests wanting additional independence.
The wider estate includes open green space, olive trees, vineyard rows, and long valley views. While the property feels calm and removed, it remains close to Oneroa, allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere of a rural hideaway without sacrificing convenience.
