Summary:
This generously sized two-bedroom house offers a taste of Brisbane Northside without being too far off the beaten track. From here you can be in the city in 15 minutes driving, or 20 minutes on the bus (bus top is in front of the house), yet you have the benefit of wide, leafy streets, parks and local businesses. It’s also convenient to Brisbane Airport and comes with private garage parking. The property’s modern kitchen, air-conditioning and two bathrooms combine to make it highly suited to groups and families.

The Space:
Set in a classic, part of a raised modern new house, this two-bedroom house offers plenty of light and space. Hybrid floors and air-conditioning help to keep things cool, while the modern kitchen and laundry facilities make it easy to look after yourself while you’re away. There is NO stairs in this house, which is built considering easy Wheelchair access.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the property by pressing the 4-digit code outside the main gate. We will send the code on the day of check in. This will open the gate so you can drive in the care towards the single garage. Please always keep your car on the right-side of the driveway and garage.
- The key to open main door will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code the day of your arrival through the booking portal.

The Neighborhood:
-This is a quiet, leafy suburb north of the Brisbane CBD. Increasingly, it is attracting young families and professionals, drawn by its comparatively cheap rents and proximity to the city.
-There are plenty of cafes, grocery, vegetable, meat, shops including Woolworths Metro just across the road, no need to use car.
- Pubs along nearby Stafford and Webster Roads, as well as cinemas and supermarkets at the Stafford City Shopping Centre.
-Australia's 3rd biggest Westfield Shopping Center in Chermside is just few minutes away.

Public transport
The 345 bus leaves from Maundrell Terrace (same street of this house) and it will take you to Aspley Hypermarket in 4 minutes and to city center in 15 minutes.

The Host was extremely helpful. The accommodation matched the description and photos. Beds were comfortable and house clean. Highly recommend for anyone who has a family member at Prince Charles Hospital. Shops across the road include everything you could want with the BEST butcher with convenient meal ideas available.

Very nice set up and such easy, clear and smooth - working instructions for getting in and out of the property. Thank you for the small touches such as bottles of water and milk left in the fridge before our arrival.

Very nice!

The property was very nice
.new, very clean and well supplied. There was a small patio area that could be made more inviting, maybe a smaller bistro style table and some flower pots or something. The location is on a fairly busy street corner but also kitty corner to a shopping complex with grocery store restaurants and more. The hosts were friendly and helpful. In all, we had a very nice stay!
