Great Location, House

We went to Colorado for a Softball tournament. The house was everything advertised. Plenty of room, amenities were more than sufficient, and owner was very accomodating. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking.

Overall it was a very good experience. We rented it for 5 days. Our son's wedding was in the mountains near boulder. The house and property was perfect for a family our size. Everything was neat and clean. We booked it months ahead. We did not get a lot of communication until about a week prior. But there was no need to worry. Everything went smoothly. We definitely recommend.

Awesome spot!

This house was great for our family gathering! The listing was spot on. Location is good just a little far from Denver but an Uber wasn’t bad. Movie room and pool table were great. Also the Air condition was great for the hot summer days. Would recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful Family House

The house is clean, spacious, family, and pet friendly. We had everything we needed to celebrate Christmas. The Theater and game rooms were fun. Having a Christmas Tree made the holidays special.

AMAZING

I don’t leave reviews often but I feel like this place is worth it! Great setup for a group to stay. House was very clean and the kitchen had every appliance you could think of! Having the game room was perfect with several different options. The movie room and bar area down stairs was a big hit for our group as well. Will definitely book this place again!

Amazing!

Perfect for our family get together and Broncos game. Home is so spacious. Plenty of room for adults and older children. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, games, etc. Added bonus of a decorated Christmas tree, decor and candy canes. Loved the poker table, pool table ,ping pong, theatre room. Had a nice yard for our dog. Convenient to downtown. Nice neighborhood to walk dog. Honestly it was perfect and a hidden gem.
