Inside, the gourmet kitchen is centred around a sleek island bench allowing ample space to socialise and prepare meals. It comes fully kitted with high-end appliances and utensils including an oven with induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, and much more, complete with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Make use of the walk-in butler's pantry with a wash-up area, huge pantry and dual-zone bar fridge to keep your wine and other beverages at the desired temperature.

Each of the five bedrooms has been immaculately set up with hotel-quality linen, privacy locks and black-out curtains to promote a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a sumptuous king-sized bed complete with an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe with powder room. The second and third bedrooms are both generous with wardrobes and queen-sized beds. Two other bedrooms include two king-single beds, with one offering the option for the beds to be pushed together to make a king bed upon request.

The house comes with undercover garage parking and parking on the driveway and street. For those travelling with small children, a baby fold-out cot and high chair are available, or you can request an extra bed three days before you arrive for an extra fee. Privacy locks are available in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please don't place the kayaks or anything else on the grassed area outside the neighbour's fence as it is a private property.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $242.50 per cleaning.
