The Space:

Snow-dusted peaks frame the view as soft light filters through tall windows, and the quiet rhythm of winter settles in around you. After a day outdoors, steam rises from the covered hot tub while the mountains fade into evening, and indoors the glow of the fireplace draws everyone back together. Here, the landscape feels close at every moment - calm, expansive, and distinctly Whistler.



Living spaces

Inside Glacier View Chalet, open-concept living areas are designed for gathering and unwinding through the colder months. Two separate lounges on the main level offer flexibility - one with a wood-burning fireplace and broad views across the Nicklaus North, the other with a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the winter scenery indoors, while in-floor heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help keep the space comfortable year-round.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed evenings at home, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a shared dinner after a long day out. There’s room to cook and gather, with a dining table that seats eight and a breakfast bar for two. The space flows easily into the living areas, making it simple to stay connected while meals come together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. On the lower level, the primary suite includes a king bed, TV, desk, reading chair, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity - ideal for winding down on cold evenings. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms feature king split beds that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds. Two additional bathrooms on this level serve these rooms. On the main level, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and access to the BBQ deck. A powder room adds convenience.



Outdoor living

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces invite you outside. Step onto the patio to take in views of the surrounding mountains, or ease into the covered hot tub as snow falls quietly around you. Multiple patios and decks offer different perspectives on the landscape, with the upper wraparound deck providing a peaceful place to pause and take in the stillness of the season.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a mudroom closet equipped with a boot and glove dryer - especially welcome after snowy days. Parking is available in the driveway and the two-car garage, with space for skis, bikes, and other gear.

The chalet is a short drive from Whistler Village and within walking distance of Green Lake and the Nicklaus North Clubhouse. Trails, dining, and seasonal activities are close by, yet the home remains tucked into a quieter corner of Whistler, offering a calm place to return to at the end of the day.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighbourhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centred around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
