Sleeping up to eight, Breathe is the perfect haven for a family holiday or a fun-filled getaway with friends. The beach house features two queen bedrooms and two other bedrooms with 2 king singles in each room, as well as three bathrooms, making it ideal for large families or groups. For added comfort, three of the bedrooms also come equipped with smart TVs, which means nobody misses out!
For spending quality time together, this property offers a spacious open-plan design that encompasses the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. In the mornings, make yourself a coffee to enjoy on the back deck before your first swim of the day, and at lunchtimes, there's a family-sized BBQ to whip up your holiday feast, and all the counter space you could want in the kitchen for preparing sides. Eat in the fresh air and sunshine or stay cool and eat in the air conditioning.
For a bit of fun, there’s board games to enjoy, plus a separate games room equipped with a TV, couch, and table tennis, fun for the whole family or perfect for the kids to entertain themselves whilst the adults kick back in peace. Head outside into the fully fenced pet friendly backyard, with ample space for outdoor activities like soccer or backyard cricket, or get comfortable on the outdoor lounge with a book and a beer. With rear access into the yard, it means there's also space for you to bring the boat or jet ski along.
Whenever you want more adventure, Culburra Beach is right out the back gate and is pet-friendly during specified hours, and for surf enthusiasts, Warrain Beach offers multiple surf breaks and is a short five-minute walk away. The owners recommend both beaches for abundant beach fishing, or a quick trip to Wollumboola Lake just a three-minute drive away for kayaking and sailing. If you're bringing a boat, Orient Point boat ramp is also nearby, allowing you to explore open or protected waters and enjoy water sports on the Shoalhaven River.

- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
