The Resort on Cocoa Beach, located on Florida’s Space Coast, offers a perfect beachfront escape. Located on the Atlantic Ocean, this family-friendly resort features spacious condo-style accommodations with full kitchens, private balconies, and modern amenities. Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, on-site dining, and a movie theater. With direct beach access and proximity to Kennedy Space Center, it’s ideal for relaxation and adventure.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL. Nearby you can enjoy golfing, kayaking, parasailing, and deep sea fishing just to name a few!

The property features a large heated Outdoor Pool, hot tub, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, on-site Restaurant, sports courts, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Free Parking, and Complimentary Wireless Internet. The resort also boasts direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or surfing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

The building is located directly on Cocoa Beach and the condo provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the side of the building. This deluxe two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. This is an amazing condo with lots of space, very clean, well maintained, and plenty of amenities. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

An ID and a credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are only taken in person at the front desk. While Check-in starts at 4 pm. Guests may arrive after 10am, and obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. The front desk can take any floor requests at this time. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 am on the day of your arrival.

We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
