The Quincy Farmhouse is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with garage parking for one vehicle and off-street parking for additional vehicles located on a very quiet street in Quincy Park. The home boasts updated flooring, appliances, and new furniture with seating for at least 6 guests. The house features a new king and two queen bed sets, a high quality leather sectional recliner couch, a 65” Roku enabled TV in the main living area and another Roku enabled TV is the master bedroom, super fast ATT fiber WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home has a security system and exterior cameras for added security. Located in south Lubbock, the home is minutes away from great food and shopping.
The rooms are large with a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other rooms with plenty of space to move around the bed. Each room has lots of closet space and comes with nightstands and touch lamps that provide convenient charging locations for your mobile devices and/or laptop computers. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, reverse osmosis, filtered water, and the convenience of a Keurig to make getting a cup of coffee quick and easy. The home has a covered patio area that is situated for afternoon shade with an outdoor TV and patio seating for 6+ to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Graduation Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Lubbock for our daughter’s graduation! The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Comfortable and Convenient

This charming little house is well-equipped and very clean. Although it's on the other side of town, it's proximity to Marsha Sharp makes the trip to campus very quick and easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Overall a great place for our family to spend the weekend.

Great house

We stayed here to tour Texas Tech and attend a Tech football game. The house was not too far from the University. It was super clean, nice furniture, wonderful outdoor area. We will definitely stay here again. The host checked on us and were great to communicate with.

Quincy Farmhouse

We loved staying at the Quincy Farmhouse! The description of the accommodations was spot on. We loved how clean the house was, and the decorations were adorable. All of the beds were very comfortable with cotton sheets and plenty of linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion was provided. The location was just a few minutes away from everything we wanted to see. Our host was quick to answer and the checkin/out couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend this house.

We drove to Lubbock from Dallas, to house hunt for a place for our daughter to live when she starts at Tech this fall. We didn’t arrive until almost midnight and were meeting our realtor at 8AM the next morning. The cute little snack basket and coffee in stock were very much appreciated! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful inside and out!! Very spacious and with plenty of amenities. My favorite spot was the back patio sitting area, where we could relax and enjoy watching grandchildren play and watch movies on the big screen TV and have my morning coffee and evening drinks 😁!! The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to all the restaurants and Walmart if you need to pickup groceries and what not. The Property Managers were amazing and communication was with them was on point!! Didn't need to call them for anything while we were there though because they made sure that it was stocked up with all the necessities, but if we had of needed anything, they were just a phone call away and would have answered right away too!! We'll DEFINITELY book this again in the foreseeable future!!! Thanks again Travis and Mollie for everything!!!! 😃😃
