Do not book this rental!

I don’t even know where to start. Thought our stay was going to be pleasant but no check in instructions upon arrival and IT IS SO HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER. Called him over 15 times with no call back or answer. Took over an hour for him to respond on VRBO. They said they have 7 bedrooms but they really had 6 leaving 4 of my guests without a bed at the beginning of our stay. When the property manager finally replied about the bed and room situation, he said he would have his garage turned into a bedroom FORMALLY. BUT when he came MY guests had to haul furniture in and out of their basement and do all the heavy lifting and labor so therefore it was not formally set up. Water heater was not working for 3 of the bathrooms and this problem was brought up by me multiple occasions and never fixed the only result and reply was that the previous renter had no issues.Dishes were half dirty in the cabinet.ALSO just received a message from the property manager that we’re getting charged for half a day due to late check out WHICH was APPROVED and I have proof of on our messages with the property manager through VRBO. And on top of all of this, they are trying to charge us for our service animal…which isn’t allowed so I can’t wait to dispute that.I had to ask for check in/out instructions. Just save yourself the trouble that I’m currently in and do not book the rental.
