Set amongst towering trees, Riveresque is a luxurious self-contained villa in beautiful Margaret River. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a private getaway with friends, our chalet is the perfect place to relax, restore and unwind. This two-bedroom villa boasts a spacious balcony where you can relax on the day beds whilst listening to bird life. There are two bathrooms, one with a two-person spa bath, as well as a hot outdoor shower. River'esque is close to town, close to the beach and located in the heart of the famous wine region. The villa is very private, and extremely peaceful.

Relaxing heaven at Riveresque!

Beautiful property. Loved the Balinese style. Very secluded and peaceful which is what my friend and I wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely stay here again.

A tropical retreat in the south west.

We had a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful bush setting. The spa, outdoor shower and deck with day beds were awesome. Close to Margaret river town and mountain bike tracks too.

Cute villa hidden in forest

Such a nice house and amazing atmosphere in the forest just out of town. Felt private and safe and loved the style of the house

It was the perfect place to relax and spend a quiet few days. Must say the oven was difficult to use. Possibly some instructions would be helpful. Shower was amazing hot and good pressure, yummy complimentary honey and jam pots great for toast, thank you.

Relaxing base to explore Margaret River

The house was great. The Balinese theme was authenticity done, with great furnishings and finishes. Would definitely recommend.

Top spot

Nice place and close but not too close to town. Definately worth a stay you won't be disappointed. Its got a relaxing feeling to it and is realy peaceful.

Most relaxing stay

The venue is nicely appointed , it has everything that you could want to take you to Bali without going to Bali. The rooms are all nicely decorated and furnished. A great kitchen A tremendous deck to entertain on or just sit / lay and listen to the birds 5 mins from town it is very quiet and very private

A little touch of paradise

We all walked in and said WOW! The decor and the jungle-like exterior was just beautiful. We loved the bathrooms and the doors and all the statuary and Balinese buddhas and goddesses. The location was good because it was just far enough out of Margaret River that we could walk to town. Also we were in a pretty good location to drive to the wineries and the beach. Thanks Glenn, we will recommend this place to others.

From the private, bushland setting alive with birdsong to the magical Balinese decor, staying at River’esque was like being in Wonderland. The chalet is spacious and luxurious, thoughtfully appointed and spotlessly clean. We only stayed two nights and one day, which was absolutely not long enough! Hopefully we can return next year, maybe at a warmer time, so we can enjoy that outdoor shower! But the verandah is amazing and thankfully a break in the wet weather allowed us a few afternoon hours out there reading and relaxing on the luxurious daybeds, enjoying the dappled sunshine. I would unreservedly recommend this exquisite accommodation! Absolutely beautiful!!!!

Experience something different

Thank you kindly Glen! We sought a quiet, clean, spacious, exotic place and this Balinese style house surrounded by bamboo, banana trees and Australian bush provided something extraordinary that we haven’t experienced before. We loved a golden whistler that came knocking on bathroom window every morning. We have recommended this place to our family and friends and will be visiting in the future 😊

OMG it was Heaven

Awesome chalet, well-appointed, spotless with thoughtful essentials provided. Bath sheets soft and large enough to wrap around even the most voluptuous body. Beds are a delight to sleep in. Bali trinkets around every corner, and the layout open and practical. Stoop overlooking a private garden with a bbq Weber which was easy to use. A quaint walled courtyard with an outdoor shower and privacy provided by the many trees and Bamboo forest . Spa with tealights on the ledge above. We were surprised and delighted with 'Riveresque' and would love to stay there again. I highly recommend a stay at Riveresque. 10/10
