We stay in the Sports Village at least three times a year. This is by far one of the nicest units we've stayed in. The updated look and feel, along with all the conveniences needed, make this a solid 10 rental.

The clubhouse pool was large and warmer than the pool close to our room. Also, the hot tub by our room had broken jets. Enjoyed the location of our stay as it was quick to get to areas of town that we spent our time at. Washer and dryer had issues with turning off. Overall, I would rate our stay very good.

Very Cozy stay!

This property was quiet, clean and cozy! We were in town for a soccer tournament and the property suited us perfectly. We would have also brought out pickleball paddles if we knew the courts existed.

Clean and comfortable but missing a few things

We like the condo and what it had to offer except toilet paper was not put out for us and streaming TV is not my thing. Also, I received four different access codes prior to arriving, which I had no idea what they were about. I thought it was to get access into the condo, but realize later that’s not what they were and had to contact the contact person to figure out the access to get in. Still confused about the accessible code numbers. The contact person was very cordial and accessible, thank you.

Here are some insights from the homeowner: -Throughout the guest's stay, we maintained regular communication with them. Regrettably, our cleaning staff overlooked replenishing the toilet paper supply. However, upon receiving the guest's text about this issue, we promptly provided them with the code to access additional supplies from the closet. -While we provide Roku Smart TVs for our guests' enjoyment, it seems the guest had a preference for watching live sports, which may have presented a challenge in finding that option on the TV interface. -In collaboration with Evolve, we ensured that the pre-stay email was sent three days before the guests' check-in. This email serves as a helpful resource for guests to review important information and address any questions they may have before their stay. -From Evolve, we also want to emphasize that only one access code is provided for the property, as has been confirmed. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
