First time in Daytona

Excellent condo complex, clean pool, oceanfront property. Had such a great time and this unit was perfect for me and my family. Owner and team were very responsive and friendly. Would visit again.

Fabulous location

An overall excellent space with a great pool and steps to a private beach access. Good parking, well-lit and the unit shows as described in the photos. We were there after NASCAR and before Bike week. A good vibe in the area and Daytona is recovering from a double hit of hurricanes close to groceries, restaurants and if you're lucky, you can see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! Kitchen is small but workable and plenty of TV channels and good Wifi. I'd rent this unit again.

Place was outdated. linens were disgusting, threadbare and stained. We sorted through and found one towel each that although thin appeared to be cleaner than rest. Linen cabinet was filled with unwashed and folded linens. Pillows were as flat as pancakes. Parking area was dark and we found it difficult to find unit at first arrival . NOTE this unit only comes with ONE parking space. The area is a bit sketchy so street parking is not acceptable . One good note. The building was very quiet.

The place was not stocked correctly. It had a total of one garbage bag. It had a total of exactly 3 paper towels. It had no washcloths the floor felt like I was stuck to it. There was nothing good about this place.

Beautiful property by the sea!

Beautiful large property on the seafront with direct access to the beach. As shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable, on 2 floors. The living room and one bedroom overlook the ocean! All comodities available. Many activities to do around, close enough to downtown Daytonna. Excellent value for money. It's true that the decor could use updating in some rooms, but nothing major. No problems with neighbors, quite quiet. We had an issue with the air conditioning and the owner was easily reachable and quick to act, the problem was fixed in 1 day despite the weekend of July 4! Super service. We had a dream week... The whole family really enjoyed it
