Lovely Venice property

This is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood which we enjoyed. There was coffee, hot chocolate, and water available which we appreciated. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the Florida room and lanai. Thank you!

Hi Tammy, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. Over the past year, we've made significant investments in pumps, a filtration system, a water heater, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system, along with monthly service checks. This is the first time we've received such complaints. Our housekeeper found no odor issues, and the guest logbook shows no concerns. We advised running the shower for a few minutes to address any potential issues. We are committed to providing the best possible stay and look forward to welcoming many more satisfied guests.

Spacious house for two couples

We are two couples for 8 nights in Feb - visiting family in Venice. It was a good location. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it suited our needs. The additional sunroom was a good space for early morning coffee/reading time. The outdoor garden area wasn't used too much due to cool and rainy weather. The wifi was strong. Overall, the house and garden could use some TLC but was adequate value for our needs.

My family and I had a fantastic visit at this location. The kitchen was well appointed. I am a cook and I was very happy with all the extras provided in the kitchen. The location could not be any better. Minutes from different beaches and centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. I spent most my time at the house on the back porch. I made friends with the lizards. At night, we could hear the owls. It was a fantastic getaway with comfortable beds, clean facilities, and super friendly host.
