Kayaks available to launch off private dock. Kayak directly into Oscar Scherer State Park or the inter coastal . Manatees can be seen moving along the canal. Nokomis beach is a 10 minute drive south and Siesta Key a 20 minute drive north. After a day at the beach enjoy a nightcap around the outdoor fire pit or pool deck. Home is fully furnished and ready to enjoy.
