Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoughly enjoyed our stay 17 Cunning Street. The property was immaculate and everything was supplied to make our stay very enjoyable. The location near the beach was great. Nearby shops were very convienient. The Pizza restaurant was excellent. We would happily stay at 17 Cunning Street nest time we stay in Port Macquarie.

Fantastic stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse ticked all boxes. Excellent kitchen with all appliances, leading into a great living space and then a deck with views over the water meant the included Webber BBQ got a workout. All bedrooms were beautifully appointed with the yard perfect for our dog. The house itself feels brand new, with aircon upstairs and plenty of ventilation via ceiling fans downstairs(we did change the direction of 2 from Winter to Summer mode, which made all the difference).There are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs) with another toilet also upstairs.The location is great, with about 200m to local shops with great coffee and another 200m downhill to the dog beach.We will definitely book again.
