Woodland Retreat is a wonderful place to just getaway from it all. Secluded property with a walking loop through woods, fire pit, screened in gazebo and swing by the stream.
Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for your family or small group. The bunkhouse will sleep 3 guests with its queen in the loft and twin bunk, main house sleeps 6 guests. There are 37 acres to explore! Great for hunting and stream fishing. Brook Trout inhabit the stream.
Please note: driveway is steep and during winter, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive, strongly suggested.
10 minutes from Torch Lake, Alden, Bellaire, Shanty Creek's many golf courses and ski slopes.
