Nestled on 37 private acres, this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the ideal mix of comfort and rustic charm — with a screened-in gazebo for outdoor dining, a cozy fire pit for evenings under the stars, and a gentle stream where you can relax on the swing or try your luck catching brook trout.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for your stay. The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for shared meals, while the spacious living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests love the comfortable beds, beautiful décor, and thoughtful touches that make this home feel welcoming from the moment you arrive.

Families especially appreciate the flexibility of space — the main home sleeps six, and the bunkhouse offers extra privacy with a queen loft and twin bunk, perfect for older kids, grandparents, or friends. It was a great and comfortable place. Close to Torch lake and back to the house for some privacy and rubber duck hunting down the trail.

This was a great place to stay! Centrally located for all of our needs. Enjoyed the seclusion and quiet evenings at the fire pit under the stars. The house had everything that would be needed to make you feel at home. The information book was very helpful including the property boundaries. Thank you so much for having us - will stay again!

Adorable cottage

This cottage was basically our home away from home for an entire week. They had everything we needed to be comfortable at this cottage. We all loved it and would be happy to return

Nice cozy home , but some misunderstanding I guess when looking at pics it looks like the creek is in the back yard near the bunk house but it is actually down the hill and across the street. The canoes that are at the property are pretty much useless because of this and the fact that the creek has so many logs and trees that it’s impossible to Conoe in. Listings stated there is a fenced in area for dogs but there was not any fenced in area. Other than that we had a great time at torch lake and the property was very clean and lots of privacy

In the woods paradise

The property was very nice. There were games and activities if you didn't want to leave. It is located 40 minutes to Elk Rapids or Traverse City. I loved the location. Torch Lake is only 10 minutes away. The host was so accommodating to our needs. The house is newly remodeled and very clean.

Loved this cabin! So clean and comfortable. The bed was so cozy. The mattress was amazing for my back. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time!

Excellent property that is nicely appointed. The layout made for a lot of room for a family dinner. Kitchen was stocked well with cookware. The two bathrooms is awesome when you have a few people staying so things are congested. Outdoor is beautiful. We will stay again!!
