Here you can give your children an enriching farm experience with none of the overheads. Enjoy the serenity of listening to the sounds of the numerous birds in this immaculately maintained residence. Comes complete with every amenity possible you can think of.

Longhorn cattle, goats, and cows complete the farmhouse experience of your dreams. Feel free to catch and release Bass from the Dam on the property, garden in our hobby vegetable patch, and feed the myriad of birds in our backyard. All while enjoying a wine on a sunny deck. Perhaps Gippsland’s best-kept secret This idyllic retreat offers a perfect blend of rural tranquility and modern amenities, promising an unforgettable vacation experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our two night stay in this gorgeous home. It was so big, spacious, modern and just simply stunning. The view of the lake from the loving room and bedrooms, late nights by the bon fire with wood fire supplied. Huge land for the kids to run around in. 5 families travelled (16 people) and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was spacious fully equipped. Thank you so much for letting us make memories in this beautiful home. We will be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great venue for a group affording individual privacy + multiple gathering spaces. Location perfect providing a sense of rural seclusion while only a short trip to town. Wifi fab and kitchen well equipped.Suggestions: signage on roadside at the gate entrance; advance notice that it’s a shoe-free house; consistency re linen per room / bathroom (we had random facecloths and hand towels); cleaning – used dry soap in master shower, waste paper behind master side table and child’s sticker on bedhead; ambiguous check-out times (in-house signage 10am vs email communications 12noon); add chux / washcloth to kitchen. PS We watered your lemon trees.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the accommodation was truly wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the kids, who were kept busy with the billiards and board games. However, we did encounter a few issues. The front door key was not available after we passed through the remote door. Although the service manager responded promptly and sent someone to let us in after a 40-minute wait, it was frustrating. The owner seemed to monitor our activities closely via webcam and expressed distrust to the service manager, even though we were not responsible for the key being lost from the storage location. It was embarrassing to be questioned while waiting outside in the cold. Additionally, the kitchen bins had not been cleared. Despite these issues, the property itself was fantastic. The owners should trust their guests more, and the cleaners need to ensure the property is properly prepared.
