Casa del Lago is a stunning and newly built four-bedroom villa that combines elegance with serene views of The Links Golf Course and its picturesque lake.



The villa is fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in the living and dining areas, bedrooms, and kitchen. A highlight of the property is the heated swimming pool, perfect for enjoying cooler evenings or relaxing after a day of activities. The outdoor terrace offers a charming space to unwind, take in the tranquil surroundings, and embrace the tropical ambiance.



With its spacious backyard, modern amenities, and thoughtful design, Casa del Lago is an ideal retreat for relaxation, recreation, and creating unforgettable memories.

TRAVEL INFO 

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
