Lovely house and pool, comfortable beds, and house help were great and accommodating. The host was very helpful getting our stay, golf carts and food set up prior to arrival. Would definitely come back.

Casa de Campo Family Thanksgiving

Really liked the property and its location. Gabriel ( property manager) was very responsive. Even though there were some minor issues, Gabriel took care of them and fixed them inmediately. Would definitely like to stay at this property again

Gabriel our host was very welcoming & did an excellent job with communication before & during the trip. Gabriel picked up food & drinks before our arrival which was extremely convenient. He set up reservations for dinner, golf & an exceptional fishing trip The property is better than the photos. Even better than the Villa was the house staff, Eridania & Sori prepared delicious breakfast everyday, had lunch ready everyday after our morning business meeting & excellent local cuisine for dinner. The fresh squeezed orange juice every morning was exceptional. The meals they prepared were better than the restaurants at Casa de Campo. They even cooked the fish we caught the last night, it was opulently prepared. The pool was very nice & the outdoor eating area was beautiful. Overall the property was excellent & the host & staff was exceptional. The best Villa we have ever stayed at Casa.

Beautiful Grounds, Lovely Property

We stayed at GV215 over the Christmas holiday and the property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The villa was comfortable and spacious with 2 bedrooms on the ground level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time with comfortable lounge furniture, a generous pool and even a ping pong table (which was a surprise). Gabriel, the host, was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Overall a great stay

Casa New Year's

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Gabriel was a fabulous host and responded very quickly to all our questions and needs - we were even allowed to stay at the house past checkout as our flights were late in the afternoon...thank you Gabriel! The outdoor space at this home is amazing....great space to have dinner with a larger group or just hangout and read by the pool or curl up in one of the cozy cabana sofas. I would definitely rent this house again - only a few minutes from the beach, the hotel and the padel, pickle and tennis courts....great location!

What a great experience! Our host Gabriel attended to all the details we requested, from arranging to have the golf carts at the villa, the shopping list including drinks and the menu, to coordinating reservations with the restaurants at the times we requested. The villa staff were super friendly and very helpful. The food they prepared for us was exquisite. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated with details, cozy, the pool clean, and the area very quiet and safe. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommended!

Nice Place

Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about the property. We understand that issues with utilities can impact the enjoyment of your stay, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. However, it's important to clarify that there was always plenty of hot water available during your stay. Our staff operated the bathroom on many occasions for you and at most there was a small delay (just a few seconds) until the water came out hot. Additionally, one of the owners of the property showed up with a technician to check that everything was working. All this was communicated in a timely manner. Regarding the smell, it is important to keep in mind that in this tropical climate, ventilation of the rooms on a daily basis is essential to avoid this, however, according to your request, the upper floor of the house was kept closed throughout your stay. that possibly caused this situation. Finally, we will take the other observations to resolve them as soon as possible. We have always been committed to addressing any situation that may arise in the fastest and most timely manner possible , and this precisely is what we again did this time . Best regards ,

Great Stay

The villa is exactly as pictured and our stay was wonderful. The home is centrally located in-between the hotel and Playa Minitas. We rented a golf cart and had no problem taking it to the beach, Altos de Chavon, and to the Marina to pick up groceries. Graciela and Deanele staff the house and are very accommodating and helpful ... Graciela is also a terrific cook! Additionally, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay at this home again.

Wonderful hosts, staff and beautiful property

Our hosts checked in with us and their staff multiple times a day. They were able to use local contacts to arrange golf cart (and repairs) and other activities on the property. Their home was beautifully decorated for holidays with multiple areas inside and out for relaxing and dining. Staff prepared wonderful meals for us when we dined at home. We feel so refreshed and lucky to have vacationed here! The location is perfect — close to marina, hotel, beach and also tennis, shooting center, polo grounds etc. We would absolutely stay here again.
