A lounge area features a sleek, grey L-shaped couch, coffee table and a wide-screen, LCD TV; and sits alongside a four-person timber dining table. Make use of a contemporary kitchen with marble benchtops and all the mod cons including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge and a Nespresso machine.
Come evening, enjoy a drink on your private balcony before unwinding in the naturally-lit queen bedroom. Enjoy quality linen and an en-suite bathroom decorated in pristine white tiles and featuring a shower, vanity and toilet; as well as the convenience of a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer. Please note the TV that can be seen in one of the bedroom photos has been removed.
Additional luxuries include air conditioning and heating as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

Plus, if you’re not exploring by car, the apartment is conveniently steps from Glenferrie Road—offering trams into the city—and Glenferrie Station, connecting you via train with the rest of Melbourne.
