Several days before our stay I received an email with a contact for our stay. It stated that we could contact for anything including early check in/late check out. I emailed 2 days before our stay asking about early check/late check out and no response. I emailed again the next day (day before our check in) asking about check in/check out AND how to get to the lake because it stated it was within walking distance, but the map was not showing this. Still, no response. We arrived on arrival day and got in the mail gate and house fine, but the pool was gated and locked as well and we had no codes. I tried to call the host and left a vm. Several hours later I had no response, so I called Evolve 800 number where they reached out to the host. Finally, the host called and got an attitude with me saying the code for the pool was in the email I was provided. I told him it was not, and I was happy to send him the email I got but he said he'd just give me the code. Next problem, no hot water! We went the entire 3 days without hot water and the host never responded to us when we reached out. If you plan on utilizing the kitchen, take your own pans, can opener, toaster, etc. Very limited supplies in the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. We had to go on a search for blankets/comforters for the beds. They only had fitted sheets and pillows on them. Major complaints: False advertising, you cannot walk to the lake. No hot water. Rude host who would not respond
