Surprise Fishing Trip

The host, Keith was very responsive, kind and helpful. We needed a great fishing charter and he pointed us in the right direction, as well as allowed us to book an extra night due to the hurricane hitting our home! The Lake bnb feels like home. Fully stocked kitchen (seasoning cabinet left my jaw dropped - had every seasoning you can think to use!) while cooking you have the best view. Comfy beds, Fully stocked bathrooms with the good toilet paper - not the 1-ply kind. The dock had a kayak and row boat, and it is a 2 level dock, easy walk from the back of the house to the dock. The 1st level dock has a 6 person table, bench with two chairs and a bench swing - that was my favorite spot. The back porch has an active hummingbird feeder, we ate lunch at the (6 person) table and played darts afterwards. Caught Catfish, Crappies, GoggleEyes, Brim, Carp.. Got to watch the wildlife from the back porch and top deck. Truly thankful for this experience at the Lake home! Thank you Keith and family.

Awesome family getaway

My family had the best time at Keith‘s place. Can’t thank him enough for everything. The fish wasn’t biting, but that didn’t matter the kids loved swimming from the dock and tubing for hours in the lake plus their nightcap of s’mores just to wake up and do it all over again oh, and I can’t forget that beautiful sunrise this place has it all can’t wait to go back and make more memories

Guest house with Boat Lift.

Everyone involved enjoyed the stay there on the lake. Very convenient to all the stores on the Texas & Louisiana side.

Pendleton Harbor Lake House

Some of the greatest views on Toledo Bend. Lake house location is near everything you will need for your lake stay. This particular lake house is very clean the floor plan is excellent for multiple adults. This lake house is equipped with everything necessary for all of your meal preparations! This lake house also has the luxury of a large covered deck and a floating boat house. This is a plus for guest like us that have your own boat. The fishing in the lake house cove was fantastic the week we were there! We also had an added bonus, the wildlife was plentiful for viewing the week of our stay!

Amazing property

Came here to celebrate my little brother’s birthday with a few of his closest friends. The house, property, and lake was nothing short of amazing. Exceeded every expectation and we will be back in the very near future. Highly recommended for anyone.

Functional place for a family lake trip

House features (dock, game room, dining, sleeping accommodations) were nice for a family lake event. Air conditioning worked great on this very hot weekend also. There were a few challenges that were handled in a timely manner by a responsive host. Good experience overall.

The house is clean an comfortable and The dock is nice to go bbq on and fish off of and The owner was very helpful with finding the closet boat launch. It was an all around good trip! I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing and relaxing getaway

Easy check-In, location is perfect and easy to get to, the dollar store is right outside of the neighborhood if you happen to need anything, always the best time and the owner is quick to reply if you happen to need anything or have any questions. Love everything about it, will definitely be back

Exactly What We Needed!

We needed a place to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday. He and his family all love to fish, so we wanted a place where they could all enjoy fishing. This rental is right on Toledo Bend Reservoir and has a large fishing dock and a paddle boat. We brought two kayaks so that some of us could go beyond the dock to fish. This rental is situated on a perfectly sized inlet that allowed us to keep an eye on everyone on the water. Our party consisted of 12 family members ranging from 7 to 70 years. We were all easily accommodated. The separate game room with an air hockey table, game table, vintage video game and karaoke machine saw plenty of action. The door to the game room can be closed, which keeps the noise level down in the rest of the house. This is an older property, but it was very clean and met all of our needs. On the way home, my wife and I stopped at Natchitoches, a beautiful old town that is the first settlement in the Louisiana Purchase. We were very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed sitting on swing and watching the sunrise that was one thing in the pictures that I liked my self all the men was about the dock I can say we all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent it again no issues at all !

Great for tournament anglers

Great place to stay in the heart of Toledo Bend (Mid lake area) right on the water just north of Pendleton Harbor. Would definitely stay here again!!!

3rd time

This was our third trip that we stayed at Keith’s wonderful home on Toledo Bend in the past 6 months. I guess that pretty much sums up what we think about the home, what it has to offer, and the location. I just can’t emphasize enough how nice it is to stay in a great place on what I feel is the best part of the lake given access to a grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, and tackle shops…..and a paved road from the highway to the driveway. You can fish mid-lake, or go north or south, and you’ll be in the water in a very reasonable amount of time. And that makes the trip back home in the evening a lot better. We’ll be back in the fall for our fourth visit. And you won’t find a better host than Keith.

Wonderful getaway!

Everything was fantastic. Great location, very convenient for everything we needed for our stay, from groceries to tackle. We had plenty of room for everyone and were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed the dock and boat house, being able to sit and relax on the swing and enjoy the awesome view of the lake! Caught some nice fish there too! Owner was great to communicate with and checked with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with this rental and will definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect Birthday Trip

The property was perfect for our group of people! We went for my dads 79th birthday. It had a great boathouse for our pontoon and covered deck for gathering. It was very spacious with an abundance of beds! I do wish it would have had a list of chores to do before checkout, as I wasn't sure on what we needed to do before we left. But the property and host were amazing!

Another great trip!

This is the second time we’ve rented this home and it just confirmed our original decision. It’s the perfect location for our group given the location on the lake and easy access to groceries, fishing tackle, and restaurants. We’ll be back again in the fall for another stay!

Pendleton Harbor offers our guest security and peace of mind. Very quiet neighborhood, close to bait & tackle shops, Ice machines, grocery shopping and gas station. Also, a new Dollar General Store can be found just outside the subdivision as well as a very fun and exciting "flea market" just down the street.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This small cove is well known for bass fishing. Easy access to boat launch at Pendleton Bridge, awesome view of the lake, Bald Eagles in the pine trees on the right side of the cove, lots of other water fowl and wild life, and the sunrise is simply breathtaking from the dock or back porch.
