This private cabin sits on a lot that is a little over an acre in size. It offers all the modern amenities you are looking for with an amazing sunset view overlooking the forest. You can set on the porch and watch the wildlife, soak in the hot tub, savor the sunset, and bask in the firelight. The cozy feel of this cabin will make you feel right at home.

Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, icemaker in freezer, dishwasher, stove, range, microwave. (This property also has a state of the art water purifying system)
Living: Relaxed seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, modern fireplace (use all seasons w/ or w/o heat)
Bedrooms: 2 King Bed (All linens including comforter and padding are laundered for every guest)
Bathrooms: 2 Full size bathrooms with showers
Outdoor: Spacious deck, hot tub, charcoal grill with tools, firepit, reclining chairs, stylish landscaping and lighting. (Please purchase firewood locally.) Please note there is a security camera that faces the driveway only.

- The property is accessed by a well-maintained gravel road. Trailers prohibited. Plenty of parking space.
- Tranquil location near Red River Gorge and Gorge Underground! Rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, sight-seeing, and more nearby.

- Dogs permitted with $100 fee. (Dogs only; maximum 2 allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.) Pet fee does not automatically add to your balance, please contact us to apply after booking.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
