Loved the location and the feel of the apartment...very cozy and roomy. The "neighbors" were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for everything...process was simple.

Last Minute Anniversary Stay

This property was perfect for us. We stayed in the ground floor unit, as stairs can be problematic for my spouse. The property location was ideal for walking to restaurants,shops, bars and galleries. The unit was clean, very comfortable and great for 2 people. The cozy living area was a nice place to relax, the kitchen was more than adequate for light meals, and we had breakfast each day at the little dining space by the window where we could people watch. We particularly liked the outdoor seating area on the porch. We met several nice people and were able to relax with an afternoon drink and watch the world go by. If you are looking for a clean, cozy perfectly situated place to stay I highly recommend Beach Quarters.

A Florida throwback

We loved our stay. It was small and quaint. Small restaurants and bars just steps away. Soft quiet jazz filled the area outside which finished around 10 pm. We only wished we had more time to spend in Gulfport. We were there for a family event. We hope to return.

great place at the very heart of Gulfport

I'm in the area every May for a conference in St. Pete's Beach and make a point of always staying in Gulfport as it's a very pleasant little oasis. This unit was easily among my favorite places in Gulfport: clean, well maintained, walking distance to everything on Beach and to the water. The only (very minor) negative comment that I would have would be that the parking places in back are WAY TOO SMALL for most cars. Otherwise, this place was great and I'm going to try and book it again next year!

Beach Quarters has a fantastic location; walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The apartment was wel stocked and even included beach chairs, cooler, books and plenty of toiletries and sheets. We loved just sitting and relaxing on the front porch. I would definitely stay again.
