The apartment is best suited for 1-2 guests but can sleep up to 3 with a queen bedroom and a full-size daybed in the living area. It works well for a romantic getaway, solo retreat, small family visit, snowbird stay, remote work trip, or mid-term assignment.
Inside, enter through grand double barn doors into a dining area that flows into the living space. The living area includes a cozy full-size daybed layered with pillows and blankets, plus a smart TV for relaxed movie nights. Open them up when the weather is right and let the Florida breeze move through the space. A mini-split system provides heating and cooling throughout the unit.

This is a private first-floor unit in a two-level duplex. The upstairs apartment may be occupied, but soundproofing insulation was installed between levels to help keep the home peaceful. You will have your own private entrance, private parking space, and private garden yard.
