Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish private basement suite. Located a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores like Walmart, Sobeys and more. Best of all Cozy Suite is 2 minutes to Anthony Henday highway. St Albert Servus Place recreational center, Skyview, Kingsway, Northgate and West Edmonton Mall is just minutes away. Sturgeon hospital is 10mins away, 17 mins to Royal Alex Hospital and 22 mins to U of A Hospital. Rogers Place and Edmonton Expo is also minutes away.
Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this brand new legal 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite. Sleep soundly in the primary suite which offers a queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and also has a closet. Both bedrooms have high ceilings.
You'll love cooking in this new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
Washer and dryer is located in the mechanical room just opposite the suite entrance.
You will have the entire basement suite to yourself complete with self-check in. One parking stall on the right side of the driveway will be reserved for you.

Absolutely adored this cozy lil place, the host had placed snacks for us and even went above and beyond the extra mile for special homelike details to make your stay so comfortable. Highly recommend this suit for any type of stay lovely host great to communicate with and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again any tim !

Home away from home

Great stay, place was very clean upon arrival. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient; everything we needed was there and in addition all conveniences normally available at home, they even have stocked some snacks and kitchen staples. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again if needed.

Such a beautiful space. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom and bedrooms were lovely and clean. The homeowners had snacks and cereal boxes, eggs, milk and beverages in the fridge. Communication with the owner was easy and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Fatima and Noel!

A Little Gem in St. Albert

This is a fabulous suite! I was so impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness of the host and all the little details that were incorporated in this amazing space. I loved my stay here and I would highly recommend for anyone who loves a cozy little get away.

Great hosts!

Basement suite was very modern and clean. Close to Anthony Henday, St. Albert and stores. Well stocked and hosts left nice treats for us! Quiet neighborhood with parking on driveway. Great stay in North Edmonton.

Cozy but spacious

We had a very pleasant stay at the Cozy Suite. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with everything we needed. Having two little ones with us we had plenty of space for sleeping and playing in the space and a generous kitchenette. Hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area.
