Sturgeon hospital is 10mins away, 17 mins to Royal Alex Hospital and 22 mins to U of A Hospital. Rogers Place and Edmonton Expo is also minutes away.
Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this brand new legal 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite. Sleep soundly in the primary suite which offers a queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and also has a closet. Both bedrooms have high ceilings.
You'll love cooking in this new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
Washer and dryer is located in the mechanical room just opposite the suite entrance.
You will have the entire basement suite to yourself complete with self-check in. One parking stall on the right side of the driveway will be reserved for you.

Absolutely NO SMOKING, CANNABIS OR VAPING inside the suite or stairs, feel free to go outside - a fee of $250 will be charged if smoking indoors.
Parking 1 stall will be provided on the driveway. If parked on the street, please be mindful to not obstruct driveways.
Additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property. All guests must be declared on the reservation.
