House Rules (must meet these to book): This property books Friday-Friday only during high season, Sleeps 12 (max 8 adults) - reduced to 9 (max 6 adults) when bunkie not available. Lead guest must be 30+ years of age. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. Please note that, according to the municipality's bylaws, all dogs must be leashed or tethered on the property when outside. Dogs are not permitted to roam leash-free. Linens & indoor towels are provided for all rentals; please bring your own outdoor towels. A cleaning service is provided for all reservations; however, the property is to be left in a tidy condition. No parties allowed. A supplemental information form must be completed.

A maximum of 2 well-behaved cats or dogs are welcome
Please note that, according to the municipality's bylaws, all dogs must be leashed or tethered on the property when outside. Dogs are not permitted to roam leash-free.

Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
Winter access requires good snow tires, but 4 wheel drive is not needed
The waterfront has western exposure
The bunkie is available and included from the May long weekend through Thanksgiving only
Garbage and recycling removal prior to departure is required




Waterfront The waterfront has a sandy bottom, with water approximately 5 to 6 feet deep off the dock. It’s generally clear of weeds and good for swimming.
