Stay in a wonderful private residence close to center city! A beautiful home in Charlotte's most desirable neighborhood. Less than a mile to center city, close to all major freeways, in the beautiful and historic Dilworth neighborhood. Walkable to shops and restaurants with easy access to downtown and the city's best areas.



The Space:

Live like a local and stay in wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Easily one of the best places to stay in the city.



This is a wonderful home located in one of Charlotte's best neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. The home has 4 bedrooms on the main floor, with additional 5th and 6th bedrooms upstairs - each with their own ensuite bathrooms . The home has 7 queen beds and can easily accommodate 10-12 people. There are 4 full bathrooms in the home. The entire home has been recently remodeled and super clean. You'll have access to the entire home. There is a 2-3 car driveway and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the most desirable neighborhood in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Dilworth. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located on a hill and the first half of the driveway is on hill (but it levels off for two cars to easily park. Additionally, there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, most of the home is on the first level with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms upstairs.



This home has a strict no-party and no-event policy.

We booked this VRBO for my sisters suprise engagement. 7 Adults and 2 kids under 2 years old. When we arrived, the WiFi didn’t work, 90% of the outlets in the house didn’t work, and some of the toilets clogged. We reported the issue within a few hours of arrival. The owner responded that they would send someone out ASAP. They never sent someone out to fix the issues. They were very prompt to text me that we must be out of the property at 11am which i thought was rather distasteful given their lack of follow up on our issues. If you're looking for a place to stay in Charlotte, there are certainty better properties and property managers for your money.

Perfect Location for my friend group

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and this was the perfect house for us. We all had plenty of space to spread out but also room to hang out together. The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated.

You see pictures online and pray that the pictures align with the actual property in person! This home did just that and more! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood! The amenities and items left in the house for use were so thoughtful! Thank you all for making us feel like we were at home! My famoly loved it!

Wonderful stay

House was great for our girls weekend. It was roomy and clean and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was lovely and very close to downtown. Walkable to restaurants and groceries. Communication with host was excellent.

Family reunion

This was a great house for our family reunion. We had 7 adults and 5 children of varying ages. The rooms were spacious and accommodated us all. The beds were very comfortable and location was perfect with parks and playgrounds nearby. Uptown was only a few minutes away by car. Charlotte has many wonderful indoor activities for kids, especially in inclement weather. The Play Place and Discovery Science museum met our needs for the range of ages of our grandchildren. Most importantly, the house provided a comfortable setting to spend precious time with our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well appointed home. Great backyard with space for our grandson to run around. We found the house to be very clean and the host super responsive. It is located in a beautiful and walkable neighborhood.

Great Stay!

4 of of whonattended a conference at the Convention Center stayed here for 3 nights and truly e joyed our time here. Thr house was beautifully andnsimply decorated and clean, comfortable and spacious. Only items to note: laundry bags on front porch during our entire stay, loose change keft on dining table when we arrived, a few areas that had some debris on the floors.

Perfect Location and Home

My coworkers and I had the pleasure of attending a conference and we required 6 bedrooms. Everyone got their own bedroom, some had their own bathroom. There was a quaint sitting area in the kitchen for late night conversations and a living area for discussing the conference and plans for the next day. Overall, this was the perfect house for such an occasion for a large group. And BONUS, the neighborhood is quiet and located by so many nearby restaurants. We walked to a different one each night! Thoughts from my coworkers: - "The house was perfect and I highly recommend it." - "I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and bath. The closets were spacious, bedding and towels were sumptuous, and little details such as a throw to wrap oneself was a nice touch." - "It was a great layout with good communal space and comfortable bedrooms." One should, however, consider the stairs from the driveway. They were rather steep for some of us church ladies and it made carrying luggage a bit of a struggle.

Wonderful stay

Our entire group of 12 agreed that this was the best property we’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in an area that was safe and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home Close to Downtown Charlotte

I booked this home for a family reunion. It was clean, comfortable, well organized and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for all of our family and perfect for our needs. The neighborhood in which the home is located is nice and quiet. The owner provided helpful information and was quick to respond to all of our questions. In case you have mobility problems, it might be helpful to note the driveway is sloped and there are steps to get from the driveway to the front porch of the house. Parking spots are available along the sidewalk of the street if additional parking space is needed. We never had any issues finding another spot along the sidewalk. We would definitely book this home again!

Great place to stay for larger groups.

Convenient location near downtown. Beautiful spacious home. All beds were Queen size and comfortable. Only minor complaints - We wish there had been drawers in the bedrooms to store clothes that don't hang, as we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. There was also a 9:00pm quiet request; however, the business behind the property used power blowers in their parking lot at 11:30pm in the evening (not sure if that's a regular occurrence). We all agreed that we would stay here again if visiting Charlotte.
