This west-facing lanai oasis is a true gem that offers an unforgettable retreat.
Open floor plan with water views: Step inside to an open, airy living space that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. Every corner of this newly furnished stylish coastal interior boasts beautiful water views, always connecting you to the canal. There are two seating areas with TV's that provide ample lounging space. Gather around the fire table on the patio for cozy evenings under the stars. Grill up a feast and dine with your loved ones al fresco; the dining table seats eight guests. The house has everything for the little ones: a portable crib, a high chair, and a booster seat. It is also equipped with all things beach: towels, chairs, and a wagon.
This house has a huge kitchen that is not only spacious but fully equipped with a double oven and seating for six at the bar and eight at the adjacent dining room table.
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the lanai with beautiful water views. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities and a walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, two closets, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a set of twin bunksLanai access with canal views and an adjacent 3rd bathroom.

Wonderful home, beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay in this home with our family of 5. Very clean, well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels, extra blankets, etc. The extra refrigerator was great to have as well. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and bedrooms: bathrooms are spacious. The outdoor area was relaxing and we used the firepit every evening. The retractable awning over the pool area came in handy as well for some extra shade after a long day in the sun. All remotes and systems worked easily without issue. Communication was very responsive and quick. Highly recommend staying here. We’ve vacationed in multiple homes in Marco and this was exactly as expected.

OMG Just Gorgeous!

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this fabulous home for a week (February 2024). We travel often and pray we aren’t disappointed with our accommodations. I can’t even describe how excited we were to step into this unbelievably gorgeous home. We usually eat out a lot but we felt like we were at a resort we didn’t want to leave so we are most dinners here. The kitchen is huge. There are two refrigerators in the house. The pool and lanai were our favorites. The heated pool was so relaxing and perfectly warm for February. We used the new grill and outdoor sound system. Forgot to try the fire pit. Everything was super clean. So many cute beach towels and large laundry area. TVs in every room. Nice big bathrooms. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge. A very comfortable, elegantly furnished vacation home. Hope we can do it again.
