Welcome to paradise. From the moment you walk in you will be captivated by the gorgeous view of Tarpon Bay. This lovely three bedroom home has been completely updated, sparing no expense. Features include a Brick paved driveway, professional landscaping and an open floor plan that leads to the big back yard and heated swimming pool. You can fish off the brand new dock or relax in the sun as you watch dolphins play and the boats pass by. This home has everything you need. The only thing you have to do is bring your toothbrush and suntan lotion. Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts an abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. Located one mile from Marco Island & only 20 minutes away from Downtown Naples with its sophisticated shopping & five star dining. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing & boating and fantastic golfing. Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathroom, with heated pool and screen cover porch, 3 smart Tv's, laundry and spacious kitchen.
Overlooking the bay and the Famous Island Gypsy Restaurant. Driveway for 4 cars.

THE VIEW???? Bay and mangroves, manatees, dolphins, all types of fishing right off the dock! You'll never tire of watching the dolphins and manatees play as boats pass by your home. Located on Isles of Capri in Naples, minutes to the beaches of Keewaydin & Marco Island.

Our Location: Isles of Capri is an amazing laid-back island with 4 great restaurants nearby and convenient to all amenities of Naples and Marco Island. Marina nearby to rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis. Dive shop only 15 min away for dive gear and fishing rentals. Charter Captains nearby to spend a day on the water and bring home the "Catch of The Day!” (Our restaurants offer a service to cook your catch!)

Whether you want to cruise the open water or kick back and catch some fish, catch some excitement on a jet ski or unwind with a round of golf, or just relax and read a good book, this is the place that can handle it all!

Great Property!

Property and location was great - clean and perfect for our family. Great communication and experience with the host. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the deck and loved watching the dolphins! We were sad to leave and return to reality!

Another February in Paradise on Isles of Capri

The weather was near perfect for three weeks. The views and time in the pool and on the deck will provide memories for years to come. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of but we have learned any property that Eve is in charge of will be that way. We plan to come back every year for the foreseeable future. Great, relaxing vacation.

Just like advertised

Lovely remodeld home on the water, the ad is right - able to watch the dolphins everyday. We enjoyed the fishing right of the dock, having restaurants in walking distance and being able to quickly get to other adventures around Marco Island and Naples. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, even got to enjoy the Christmas eve golf cart parade.

Everything was great, host communication, clean house, pictures don't do it justice. We rented a boat for the week and location made it possible to go by the home several times per day to cool off with a dip in the pool with views of Isle of Capri Marina, We will be back!

My family of four had an awesome time. This house was spotless and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Loved the boat dock and daily viewing wildlife. Our boys spent most of their time fishing, swimming and napping. Perfect getaway from busy day to day life.

Fabulous!!

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! The house and property were extremely clean and have everything you could need. The pool is dreamy and so is the view! We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins daily. We even saw a parade of manatees swim by and it was a real treat! The local restaurants that you can walk to were great. We truly felt like we were in the comfort of our own home and we did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Extraordinary Property!

We cannot say enough good about this property and Evelim the property manager! The location is perfect; we enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching dolphins and birds in the bay and rented a pontoon through the Isles of Capri Marina that enabled us to explore the area. The pool was wonderful and we spent every meal eating in the lanai. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you may need. It’s a short drive into Marco or Naples for anything you may need (but don’t overlook the little produce stand near the Island Gypsy for fresh and reasonable produce!). This property is worth more than five stars and we hope to be back!

Wonderful rental

This house is definitely a gem!!! The weather was not ideal but the heated pool made our kids very happy. No matter the weather they were swimming for hours a day! We loved watching the dolphins right on the dock. The house was mostly stocked with all your essentials. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer was very convenient. This house was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, even my husband mentioned how clean the bbq grill was! We will definitely be back! Also Evelim from the management company was very helpful and responded very quickly with any questions we had.

Amazing place to relax

House, view and community was really great. House is perfectly decorate and so well finished! Local town and restaurants are great. spent our time relaxing by the pool and fishing. Will absolutely come again.

Beautiful Home and Location

We loved our end of summer getaway as a family. This home was just perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and patio was our favorite spot. The view is incredible. Can’t be the location. (Having restaurants so close was SO nice). Great fishing too! This home and Capri stole our hearts, for sure. We hated to go. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Fantastic Property

We had a great time at this house and it is as advertised extremely clean and well kept. Great location easy walking distance to great restaurants and the dock pool area is perfect. Nothing better than laying in the pool being just feet away from the water watching the dolphins play and the boats coming in and out of the marina. We have done many Vrbos and we have had great experiences but this one goes to the top of the list. Eve for sure wins as the best host we have ever dealt with she was so personable and responsive.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This is our second year in a row staying at this property, and it doesn’t disappoint! The pool is steps from the dock, where we enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins swim by. We love the convenience of being able to walk to the local restaurants, and only being a short drive to many others on Marco Island. The house has always been clean and stocked with all the basic kitchen necessities you would need to cook in. Our family loves visiting this home on Isle of Capri, and hope to again in the future!

Fantastic Getaway

My family and I had an amazing time and greatly enjoyed this home and location. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated and the home is beautiful. The day we arrived and stepped out onto the dock - we saw 2 dolphins jump out of the water! It is very peaceful just watching the boats go by and dropping a line in the bay - although we didn't catch anything - we tried :-) We saw dolphins every day which was our favorite part. The heated pool is amazing and Eve is extremely responsive and helpful. This is probably one of the nicest homes we have stayed in and we will definitely try to come back soon!
