An easy 10 minute drive to the CBD A 5 minute walk to Victoria Park This spacious 2 living areas, office, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a fabulous city fringe location. There’s a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, in the open space kitchen, living & dining area, separate office ( with WIFI), formal lounge with atrium. In the outdoor area theres a gas BBQ with outdoor dining, and secure undercover parking for 2 cars. Located in Rose Park on one of Adelaide’s most sought after residential streets. 600 metres from the village shopping area. No need to get into the car to get a coffee or visit the mini mart

4-5 min walk to the bus stop in Swaine Ave

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds + 1 with a king bed. Each bedroom has built in robes
Ensuite bathroom, shower at floor level and a loo is attached to the queen bedroom

Brilliant home and Brilliant Host

Immaculate property and the host was so lovely and couldn't have done more for us. Great location and very well maintained with everything you could ever want for a 2 week stay. Book this place you will be so comfortable and happy.

Exceeded Expectations

To say this property exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The moment we arrived to find a spacious beautifully decorated home, the wow factor came to mind. Photos on the website show the features of the house, but they fail to capture the feel and ambience of this property. Spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully provisioned, the house had everything we needed for our 7 nights’ stay. There are two sitting areas inside and we also enjoyed sitting and eating in the back courtyard garden, and having afternoon tea on the front porch. Rose Park is a gorgeous Adelaide suburb, with tree-lined streets and lovely old homes. Walking the streets and enjoying looking at the houses and gardens was a highlight of our stay. Dulwich Village is just around the corner with a supermarket, cafes, take-away places, etc. and Norwood with a larger shopping strip is not far away. If you don’t want to drive into the city, it is within walking distance through parkland, or bus stops are nearby. Our host, Leanne, was a delight to deal with. From the first interaction when we were enquiring into the property, she was responsive to any requests we had, and checked in with us during our stay. She had very thoughtfully provisioned the house, providing pantry basics, as well as milk, eggs, bread, butter, etc. She even checked with us before arrival to ask what bread we preferred. And she provided a box of chocolates, which didn’t last long! So much we enjoyed - we will be back!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was comfortable warm and we didn’t want for anything. Leanne is very generous with all the basics and even placed a swing outside for our grandchildren, not to mention going the extra mile with toys and extra bedding for our needs. Leanne is very attentive and kept in touch. It’s a beautiful home with easy access and parking for two cars. Well equipped kitchen. We were a party of 6 including 2 young children A delight❤️

A weeks stay

We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was beautifuly furnished, clean and in a great location. Great coffee shop near by, and easy drive to city. Such easy communication and consideration for our stay. The property is even better than photos and much bigger than we expected. Had a great time overall

Amazing Place!!!

The amenities were next level. Everything you could possibly want was there, coffee machine, plenty of coffee cups, plates, cutlery, sharp knives, wine glasses, blender, even an egg poacher! The house was so spacious and inviting. A small conservatory and backyard courtyard added to the ambience of the property. The decor was perfectly matched and era appropriate. Add to this Leanne supplied all the essential. Coffee pods, bread and spreads, condiments, cleaning products and more toilet rolls then required. Communication was friendly and rapidly responded to. Leanne answered any questions, even when they were sent late at night. Highly recommend staying at Rose Park.

Great stay

Such a beautiful house in lovely part of inner Adelaide. Everything I needed was in the property. Leanne made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this house for a comfortable stay in Adelaide.

Perfect Adelaide stay

I honestly can’t fault Alexandra Avenue! Before I even booked our stay Leanne was so efficient with communication, answering every query; which was much the same throughout our stay & then checking in with us afterwards. The house is easily accessible, spacious & has all the essentials required for a getaway. Already booked for next year! Leanne goes above & beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one.
