We welcome you this cozy one bedroom basement apartment with large windows for lots of sun to shine through!
The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room is equipped with a leather couch that pulls out into a double bed so 4 guests can stay here comfortably.
A washer/dryer included and all basic essentials to make your stay comfortable.
Minutes away from beautiful Topsail Beach, Octagon Pond & Adam’s Pond. Family-friendly with a playground on the street.
The space
About a 5 minute drive from Topsail Beach, Octagon Pond and Adam’s Pond.
About a 20 minute drive to the airport, the Health Sciences Centre and scenic downtown St. John’s. About 15 minutes to the Avalon Mall.
Only a 5 minute drive to a large shopping centre with Starbucks, Sobeys groceries, Dollarama, Shoppers & more!

Other things to note:
Please note we live right above you with our 2 littles! Ages 2 & 5 so you may hear some footsteps here and there but we try our best to be cognizant of noise. But if you’re looking for a totally private location, this probably isn’t the space for you… However, you do have your own separate entrance! We provide enough basic essentials to get you started (ie. toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, dish soap, etc) however once you run out you are responsible for your own products.
