Located on Sproat Lake, this is the spot for a relaxing getaway. Just a few steps from the water and a private dock with lots of swimming and beautiful views. This private home is located in the Maples complex and is the only stand alone unit with a private patio. With 2 beds, a full kitchen, and living room it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Whether you're a family, a couple, or some friends who want to stay on the lakefront, this is the Spot for you!

A Beautiful, Healing Stay - My aunt, partner, and I were all very happy with our stay—and we're quite a picky bunch! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable that it was hard to believe it was dog-friendly. The view and time by the water were incredibly healing, especially as we were in town for our nephew's funeral. The linens and bedding were top-notch, the kitchen well-stocked (even with spices!), and communication with the owner was excellent. We would absolutely love to return.

Lovely modern lakeside accommodation as part of a small housing development. Our unit was standalone, very quiet, with a view of Sproat Lake. Boat dock and lake swimming were top notch.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was so peaceful and impressively clean, especially considering the number of units. Our accommodation was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—even the little kitchen nook was perfect. The beds were absolutely divine, and Slava was a wonderful host who answered all our questions with care. It truly felt like a home away from home, complete with a stunning view of the expansive, warm lake.

Family trip

Our family of 4 was very comfortable and happy with the property. The lake is a short walk downhill and has a diving board the kids enjoyed for hours a day. The property provided firewood which was nice at the community pits.

Father and sons fishing trip

Once a year my adult sons take a Friday and Monday off and we go for a long weekend fishing. This is the first time going to Sproat Lake. The accommodation was terrific overall…very easy to find, very clean, well equipped and had a nice view of the lake. The dock was an added bonus. We could tie our boat up there the whole weekend. Great communication with the owner as well. Overall, I’d give it a 5 star rating. We’d stay there again.

Very nice to be in a stand alone house. Modern. Clean. Little far out of town but nice view of the lake. Owner was a bit slow responding & we didn’t get details until about an hour before check in which was a little unnerving. There is almost no outside lighting which was hard when we returned in the dark and rain with bumpy ground and uneven stone steps. An auto sensor flood light would be a big improvement. Ran out of dishwasher soap so couldn’t run the dishwasher before we left. Overall a good experience.

Lovely Property

Lovely, clean property in a very quiet spot. We did find the bed in the extra bedroom quite uncomfortable but otherwise our stay was great. I would recommend checking Google maps (especially if arriving after dark) as there’s no lights or signage, and having an idea where the unit is beforehand will help.

Stay at the Lake

We had some difficulty finding the property ( it is in a group of town homes) it was dark and the number was not lit. We actually called the host to find the right place. This would not be a problem in daylight. The dock is down a short hill past a couple other townhouses. although it is a shared dock we had it to ourselves most of the time. The home is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. We plan to return in the future and highly recommend it

Amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond! This is an amazing unit that sits apart from other units on the property. The view of the lake and mountains, as well as all of the amenities of the suite - gorgeous. I had one issue during my trip (caused by me) and the hosts were incredibly helpful. Five Star experience all around. Thank you again!
