Tuscan Dream

A peaceful 2 bedroom condo with south-east facing patio to conservation outlook, located within the sophisticated Tuscana Resort, featuring large pool, hot tub and gym. Within a couple of minutes of all the restaurants at Champions Gate Village, and 15 mins from Disney, what a great base for your visit!

The bright living area has a large TV with cable services and high speed internet. The sofa also pulls out to make an extra bed. The space leads outside to a screened patio with table and chairs, catching the sun throughout the day.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook. There is a dining area seating four to share a meal together.

There are two spacious master bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and television.
A washer and dryer is included within the unit, together with towels and linen.

Tuscana Resort is a premium gated community offering a sophisticated Italian feeling setting. There is a large zero entry pool with lap area plus children’s splash pool and hot tub. On the surrounding deck are plenty of loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine, as well as cabanas for some shade – why not grab a drink or snack from the tiki bar! The clubhouse a fitness center and concierge desk for recommendations. Just a few minutes away is Champions Gate Village offering stores and a variety of restaurants (such as Olive Garden, Miller’s Ale House, Chillis, Red Robin, Panera, McDonalds, etc), as well as a Publix supermarket. The public Champions Gate Golf Course is 6 mins drive. Universal is 40 minutes drive and Disney is just 15 minutes.

NOTE: The resort pool is being resurfaced from 11/3 to 11/23

Nice spot for reasonable price.

The property, including pool and restaurant/bar, was just what we needed. It was clean and had all of the basics. We walked to Publix and picked up some snacks and lunch stuff but mainly ate at the bar. The two bedrooms with full baths attached gave my friend and I privacy when we wanted it. Both rooms had televisions and the beds were super comfy. The little screened porch was a nice spot to sit as it backs up to a conservation area. I will stay here again if I travel that way.

Spring Break 2024

The property was clean. Parking was free and no problems finding spots. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping and Orlando. We did have some internet issue but property management took care of it within a day. There was a smell in the condo- not sure what it is, possibly mold since family members had to leave early due to allergic reactions. I would recommend the condo but feel the smell needs to be investigated.

In major need of an update

Let me begin with the positive things about this location: The overall neighborhood is very nice. It is clean and quiet, convenient to the Publix, 7-Eleven and various restaurants. The pool area is fantastic. Lots of shady and sunny areas available, pool is large, there is a bar area with freshly made food to order. The property manager was easy to reach and did respond quickly to my mention about the stove burner. Positive things about the condo: A/C works very well, there is a good selection of countertop appliances, and the bed and bedding that I used was comfortable. These are the items that make this condo "in need of update". Microwave light under unit burnt out. Dishwasher feels like it's going to fall out its space when you open it up. Large burner on the stove not working (I did call for maintenance for this and the property manager responded quickly.) Lamp in bedroom broken. All lights in condo need to have higher wattage. Furniture in the living room area was old, uncomfortable, and needs replacing Carpeting in the bedrooms and living room needs to be replaced (there are large waves in the carpeting that indicate that it is old and no longer tight,) No full drapes in both bedrooms (this unit gets morning sun directly in the bedroom windows and makes sleeping past sunrise difficult.) On top of all that there is a strong odor of mold/mildew/dampness in the unit. I would not stay here again unless the updates were made.
