The property was accurately listed, and gives access to a variety of Philadelphia landmarks and venues, the accommodations were nice and clean, and the process was a breeze.
It’s a very nice clean house in an up and coming friendly neighborhood. It is conveniently located to historic Philly, our host Charlie was very helpful if we had any questions.

We appreciate your kind words and look forward to hosting you again.
This is a nice property in a great location. Easy walk to train and Giant grocery store. Very friendly and helpful folks next door that run a florist shop.
Had a great time staying in this home. We rented to house staff for an event in downtown Philly.
House was perfect - extremely clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout.
Assuming our event is in Philly again, would definitely try to book this spot again.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear the home worked out perfectly for your event. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back if you're in Philly again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Philly Town House: 12 Min walk to Center City. Pros: Great location, comfortable, clean, roomy, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, great communication with property manager, amazing view from the rooftop. Cons: super busy road, parking can be a challenge, lots of road noise (it didn't particularly bother us, but it is definitely noticeable), no furniture on the rooftop. Will definitely stay again!

Andrea, Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review! I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Philly Town House and that the location, comfort, cleanliness, and rooftop view all hit the mark! It’s especially great to hear that communication and the fully stocked kitchen added to your experience—those are top priorities for me!
I really appreciate you mentioning the road noise and rooftop furniture—definitely helpful feedback, and I’m always looking for ways to improve. Parking can be a bit tricky in the city, but I’m so glad it didn’t take away from your overall experience.
I’d be absolutely delighted to host you again anytime you're back in Philly!
