6 out of 5 stars!!! Such a great location. Easy to get downtown, to the zoo, to shops... walking distance from the zoo and a great coffee shop. If we return to Philly, this will definitely be the place we stay. Michael was SUPER responsive for the few questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay. It was Easy to enter the apartment and Michael was a perfect landlord. Any questions we had were answered within 10 minutes of sending an email. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the Rodin museum, the Barnes foundation and Chinatown and many other attractions in Philadelphia. The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen.

Great space everyone had their own bathroom!! Art all over the neighborhood was easy to commute to all our inner city activities. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in could not have been easier. Lots of conveniences there so you don't need to bring your own. We saw a coffee pot in the photo and brought flters and grounds and found it updated to a Keurig so if you have. your favorite pod's bring em, but luckily our host left pods for us as well. It was a great stay and we would totally stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and the host was quick to answer any questions we had. We had no issues finding parking either. We recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Family trip to Philadelphia

Great space for a family of 4. It was a nice walk to the zoo and a fairly easy drive to the city center to explore. We had no issues with on street parking. There weren't many great food options that we found in the neighborhood was the only drawback for us.

Clean, spacious space with nice decor

This was a great spot for a weekend trip to visit colleges. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and nice decor. The surrounding neighborhood is depressed and blighted and we observed some car break ins on our walk to Drexel so that was the only concern but we had no issues. Onsite parking was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

Short, convenient stay

Our family was in town for the Rocky Run half marathon starting and ending near the art museum. We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance. This apartments was ideal for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We’d definitely book again.

Love this condo

Condo was located in a area to get to all the touristy things we wanted to see. We rented this to be close to Lincoln Financial Field it was perfect. We loved the extra touch of the coffee station. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay in Philadelphia!

My son and I met up with a friend who recently moved to the area, and we had a great stay! The beds were comfortable. All the supplies we could need were provided. We used Uber to head into University City for dinners and into the Historic District for site-seeing.

Holiday Weekend

Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to Center City and activities. Parking was easily found on the street in front of building. Will definitely stay here again when we visit our son who attends Drexel.

Fun Philly Weekend

Great accommodations- super clean and just as pictured. Great for our family get together with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bike rentals available right across the street. Very close to the “Rocky steps” at the art museum. An easy Uber ride to everywhere. Loved it here and will return . Only thing that could make it even better would be black-out curtains in the upstairs bedroom, and a toaster. Prompt communication with host also a plus. Loved the cleanliness and lots of thoughtful touches!

The place was very cute and well decorated and had all the things needed for a quick stay. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size for 2 people in each room. Only street parking but we were able to find a parking space every night in clear site of the house. Had to drive to get groceries or to eat. Overall the place was perfect for what we needed :)

Decent option for families

Stayed for a long weekend with family (us, 2 kids under 10, and in laws). The rooms are spacious, beds were pretty comfy, and there’s just enough common area space for a short trip. You can walk to the zoo and fairmount park fairly easily, while being in a bit of a quieter area. It’s a bit farther to all the museums (between a mile and 2) but on a nice day it’s walkable. Only drawback on the location: there weren’t a lot of restaurant options that were walkable (most of our meals out were about a 10’ drive away). The walls are a little thin, so you can hear people walking upstairs to the top unit, but not much other than that. It’s right by the train tracks but street noise was not too bad. There is a small parking lot, if you can snag a spot. We didn’t have many issues finding street parking either. Our host Michael was very responsive. I would recommend for small groups wanting a comfy place to crash, if you don’t mind driving/uber-ing a little.
