The entire apartment is available for the guest's use. No one will be sharing the space with you. Access to the apartment is easy by car, Uber, or bus; we are located between Avenida Amazonas and Rua Alvarenga Peixoto. Covered parking is available on the property. Access to the elevator is easy and without stairs, either from the garage or the building entrance.

Check-in and check-out are simple and available 24/7.

Guests have access to the apartment and the garage.

The entire apartment is rented to guests. You will not be sharing the apartment with anyone else.

ATTENTION:
An extra cleaning fee of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) is charged if we have a guest with a pet in the apartment. This is necessary for the sanitization of the environment. Other guests may be allergic to pets.

The apartment cannot be used for any purpose other than lodging, meaning it cannot be used for any commercial/business/service provision purposes, parties, events, meetings, interviews, photo shoots, customer service, etc.

LATE CHECKOUT

We offer the option of check-in earlier than 4:00 PM or check-out later than 10:00 AM, provided that we do not have other guests departing on the same day, in the case of check-in, or arriving on the same day, in the case of check-out.

We offer early check-in and late check-out when available. The fees are listed below and the convenience must be confirmed beforehand.

We can only confirm availability the day before check-in or check-out.

Early check-in has an extra cost of R$80 for arrivals from 9:00 AM onwards.

Checkout (late checkout) after 10:00 incurs a cost of:

-R$80 until 12:00 (noon)
-R$100 until 3 PM
-R$120 until 5 PM

To extend your stay beyond 5:00 PM, you must book the entire night, with check-out the following day by 10:00 AM.

-To guarantee the possibility of checking out later than 10:00 AM, or at any time, by booking the following night as well. The same applies to check-in; book the previous night.
Other observations
ATTENTION:

Laundry: We have an agreement with OMO Laundry, which offers a 20% discount for guests and provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service, as well as other promotions.

For longer stays (15 days or more) we charge an extra full cleaning fee every half day of the stay. (Apartment cleaning and change of bed linen and towels) cost of 165.00.
