Newly renovated!! Large 1650 sqft 3 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms golf condo. Sleeps 6. End unit condo backing onto the 4th fairway. Very bright and quiet section of the country club. Fully equipped kitchen and linens. King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom. Full sized futon in the den. Ceiling fans throughout and wet bar. New furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Stunning mountain views with natural gas barbeque on the patio. Laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed wifi included.

Sunrise Country Club has many amenities including 22 swimming pools, 19 spas, 13 tennis courts, 18 hole par 64 executive golf course. Gated complex with 24 hour security. Beautiful club house for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Rancho Mirage close to "The River" , Rancho Mirages' premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. Bookings must start at first of month to end of month.

Great property. The condo was nicer than shown online with some great upgrades. Sherri was great a communication of any needs we had. Location was central to everything. Loved our stay. However, note the golf and Pickleball are private. We found public Pickleball courts 5 minutes away and tons of golf options.

Great unit. Practical and well organized. Everything was provided for. We had a great time. Ate mostly in because of restricted diet, kitchen worked out well. CClub is well maintained. Felt like our second home. Thank you, Sherri!

Overall

The unit on a whole was very nice. Well stocked kitchen and Sherri was very nice to deal with. I did have to go buy a coffee pot as too expensive to only use pods. A blender was missing and Sherri replaced right away. I did have to buy a swiffer as there was nothing to clean the tile floors with. In general could use more cleaning. Great pools close by and Sunrise is a very well maintained property.

This Condo is beautifully maintained and perfect for four adults and a couple of extra over night guests. The kitchen is well equiped and ready for anyone who wants to cook. Located on the 4th fairway, we found it most enjoyable to sit on the patio with a cocktail and watch the golfers go by👀😊! Perfect location with anything you might enjoy near by and around the corner. WE WILL BE BACK SOONER THAN LATER😊😊👍🏻👍🏻

Great warm weather and golf retreat

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location is ideal with easy proximity to all of the Palm Springs area. The unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you could need, beautifully updated kitchen. The grounds and pools are well maintained.
