This location is set on a quiet street, located between two schools and close to all the downtown amenities. Petrolia is a small town, with lots to discover. Be sure to explore the downtown area, which can be accessed on sidewalks from the house. There are parks within walking distance as well as a large, shaded yard and outdoor patio space to enjoy on the property.

What makes this property unique

This home has plenty of charm with modern amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor yard and patio space, including playground equipment. Feel at home with the newly redone and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy friends and family in the spacious living space, including a games table by the fireplace. The sofa next to the fireplace pulls out to a sofa bed for extra space.
