The Space:

As you step into the home, you'll be welcomed by the spacious and open-plan layout, encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room is adorned with a comfortable chaise sofa, air-conditioning and a smart TV (apps only). Positioned adjacent to the living area is the dining table accommodating up to 8 guests. Nestled at the back of the home is the contemporary fully equipped kitchen, complete with a convenient butler's pantry, a breakfast bar, and a built-in lounge area designed for ultimate relaxation overlooking the tropical outdoor area.

The outdoors of this home will allow you to indulge in your personal oasis, featuring a plunge pool set amongst a tropical backyard, perfect for revitalising swims and relaxation. This home is the entertainer's dream, thanks to an outdoor kitchenette and BBQ next to the pool area, creating the perfect setting for delightful al fresco dining on the large outdoor table seating 8. Meanwhile, the little ones will love the backyard cubby house, a place of endless fun and boundless adventures. The front yard also boasts an enclosed trampoline and a jungle gym, providing even more fun!

Master Bedroom (upstairs):
Upstairs, the home offers a private retreat, exclusively reserved for the master with a king bed, ensuring tranquillity and space. This level features an expansive ensuite with a luxurious bath, separate shower, double vanity, and toilet, along with a double entry walk-in wardrobe, plus air-conditioning and a dedicated work-from-home or study area for added convenience.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs):
Find restful nights in the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs):
Perfect for the kids, the third bedroom is furnished with a double-sized bed, single trundle bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Media Room/Bedroom 4 (downstairs):
This versatile room offers a queen-sized sofa bed and a smart TV (apps only), perfect for extra guests or a cosy room for movie night. This room is also complete with a ceiling fan.

Main Bathroom (downstairs):
The second bathroom features a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

Laundry:
The functional laundry room is adjacent to the main bathroom and features a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire home excluding the garage. There is space to park 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the car port, there is also free on-street parking.

You’ll find yourself walking to the beach at every opportunity, the home is in the perfect location to explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive
- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 45 minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 5 minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

Other Things to Note:
*Please be aware that there is construction occurring on the block next door to the home.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
