This spacious Golden Beach retreat features three full bathrooms, multiple living zones, a sun-soaked deck, sparkling private pool, and lush yard with a kids’ swing set. Fully ducted air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout. A leisurely 15-minute stroll brings you to the cafés and shopping of both Caloundra and Golden Beach—perfectly blending relaxation with convenience.
The Space:
Nestled in the heart of Golden Beach, this breezy beachside home warmly welcomes with beautifully landscaped gardens and a luxe coastal vibe. The front entry opens into a bright, open-plan living space with Blackbutt timber flooring and a stunning feature staircase leading to the upper level. Enjoy two generous lounge areas—one on each floor—both offering ample seating and a wall-hung TV with Netflix and Disney+.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas stovetop, double oven, dishwasher, air fryer, and a Nespresso machine. Stone benchtops and a full-sized fridge/freezer provide ample space for entertaining. The dining area flows seamlessly into the outdoor deck, allowing for relaxed meals alfresco. Outside, the sparkling 7.5m x 4.0m in-ground pool invites you to unwind, surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens. The spacious yard offers a safe, open space for children to play on the swing set, while the family-sized BBQ creates the perfect backdrop for relaxed, alfresco dining.
Three bathrooms—one on each level, plus the primary ensuite—provide plenty of space to freshen up, while six bedrooms are spread across both levels for added privacy, each with ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure comfort year-round.

Golden Beach is part of Caloundra, the southernmost town on the Sunshine Coast, and the northern extent of the Moreton Bay Marine Park. Golden Beach itself is known for it’s still, calm waters - it has no surf beach. Golden Beach is part of Pumicestone Passage, the body of water that separates the mainland from Bribie Island.
Getting Around:
Located in a prime position just footsteps from The Pumicestone Passage and Caloundra Boardwalk, within walking distance to a local IGA and shops and cafes, and a short drive to surf beaches and shopping centres, local restaurants and cafe's. There’s public transport available if needed. Bikes and scooters are available for your group to get out and explore!
Other Things to Note:
It should be noted that the property is located in a particularly quiet street. This property is ideal for those looking for a relaxed, chilled, secluded setting to spend time with friends and loved ones and to enjoy what the local area has to offer. We ask that you respect the local resident community in keeping excessive noise to a minimum.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers. Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
