The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with an ensuite bathroom that includes dual sinks, a sunken tub, a separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.
Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
