FREE PINERY PARK PASS INCLUDED IN EACH STAY! Stylish cottage that has it all and only a few steps from Ipperwash beach and surrounding amenities. Enjoy outdoor games in the backyard, drinks around the fire or cozy up in the sunroom with a good book. We offer luxury bedding and furniture. A home that is perfectly stocked with everything to host up to 8 guests comfortably. This truly is a little piece of happiness where memories are made and beach sunsets are plentiful.
The space
This magazine worthy cottage is sure to stand out. Offering 3 bedrooms with luxury bedding, sleeps up to 8 comfortably and has 3 bathrooms throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big meal or Sunday morning breakfast around the table. The backyard is meant for entertaining on the deck or around the fire. If all this wasn't enough, you have one of the best beaches in Southwestern Ontario with breathtaking sunsets!

Guests have access to the entire house except the garage.
Other things to note
This Airbnb is professionally managed by Cozy Up Stays. We are available 24/7 and easily accessible. We have a house manual at the property to help with any questions.

We do have a short term rental license with the Lambton Shores Municipality and the maximum number of guests we are allowed is 8 and any neighbourhood complaints will be taken seriously.

No use of the indoor fireplace. No exception.

Please use the property, beach access and lake at your own risk. Respect the beach, neighbours and be safe!

Place was great! Super close to the beach, very clean, spacious inside and a great size backyard! Perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Host was very accommodating and welcoming!

Had an amazing vacation staying here. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large backyard with lots of games for our teenagers (and us) to enjoy! The beach is about a 1 minute walk to the sand! You can see the entry point from the cottage front porch. The central AC worked perfectly to keep us cool, even during a heat wave! Tons of space in cupboards and a secondary large capacity ice box for food. Lots of options for groceries within minutes from the cottage as well as a nice convenience store within steps. Spotlessly clean on arrival and super easy check-in. Wilson always responded right away before, during and after our stay, not that we needed to contact him for anything! We had everything we needed. You won't regret booking here!

Somewhere In the Middle

Home was very nice. Lots of games and sun room is beautiful and the backyard is spacious. However, if you plan on bringing friends back to the place this place is not for you. I found it very odd as in my past other hosts allowed friends to go over. Kitchen pans are awful and caused the smoke alarm to go off on low heat. Showers were insanely cold. Overall, the place is nice but the kitchen supplies should definitely be upgraded, and if you want to bring people back to hangout this place is NOT for you.

I understand you were hoping to have friends over, and I’m sorry this aspect of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. As noted in our listing and house rules, the cottage has a strict maximum capacity of 8 guests. Gatherings or parties beyond the registered guests are not permitted. The cottage operates under a Lambton Shores Short Term Rental Licence, and we are required to follow the guidelines set by the municipality, which include guest limits and noise regulations. Thank you also for your comments about the kitchen. While we provide a variety of cooking tools, including an air fryer for added convenience, I’m sorry the cookware didn’t meet your expectations. As for the smoke alarm, it typically activates when food is overheated or left unattended, but I’ll be sure everything is functioning correctly. I wasn’t aware of any issue with cold water during your stay—had I known, I would have sent our plumbing team to investigate right away. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to improve, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Everything you need for a great vacation

Cottage has everything needed to enjoy your stay. Beds were awesome, lots of pillows and soft blankets. Half bath was an added bonus especially being off laundry room after a day at the beach. Had enough kitchen stuff to get by, air fryer was bonus as well as large separate freezer. Sunroom was nice for morning coffee or evening games. Enough space for everyone without being on top of each other. The outside area was very nice, fire pit was cozy and close. Mosquitos were bad after sun went down but to be expected. All in all it was just as advertised and the host was very fast to answer any questions we had. Definately recommend.
