Discover laidback coastal living just 40 minutes drive from Adelaide in the southern coastal suburb of Seaford. This sprawling beachside retreat features loads of space with multiple living spaces and two outdoor entertaining areas.

Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish living room with neutral-coloured couches, a futon and additional armchairs framing a fireplace; as well as a huge courtyard with an alfresco dining table plus additional outdoor lounges, and the luxury of a hammock to use on those lazy afternoons. You’ll also find a rumpus room—with couches and a TV—which acts as a second downstairs living room.

An indoor timber dining table sits next to a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Cook up a storm and make use of the high-end appliances including an oven gas cooktop, full-sized fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker and more.

The primary bedroom offers a lavish king bed, a large window bringing in lots of natural light and a walk-in robe, while the second and third bedrooms come with queen beds. A fourth bedroom sleeps three in a bunk bed with one double mattress underneath a single mattress. Three full bathrooms are spread across the ground floor, with the primary ensuite bathroom boasting a spa bath.

The upstairs retreat is laid out with a dedicated living and dining area with couches and two futons for additional guests, plus access to a large furnished balcony offering a backdrop of sea views. There is one bedroom here with a double bed.

There is a washing machine and dryer provided, and secure garage parking is available for two cars.
