Beach Family Retreat

Bring the whole family to this great place, this beautiful home ticks all the boxes. Located off Jetty Road in the heart of Glenelg, just park the car and you're set. Glenelg has a fantastic beach, just pack the esky and spend the day reading a book under the jetty while the kids splash in the water. There are lots of really nice cafes and restaurants as you walk along either Jetty Road or Broadway.
Ideally set up for a large family holiday with secure parking for two cars.
The house was built around 1900 is a detached vila located just off Jetty Road. Each room has high ceilings, ornate cornices and skirting and are large, elegantly proportioned rooms.
There are 5 bedrooms, main with a king bed, 3 with queen beds and then two singles in one room for the kids.
There are two bathrooms
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large 900mm Smeg oven and cooktop and everything you will need to cook and entertain. A separate formal dining room is located just off the kitchen.
The lounge room faces the front of the house, with plantation shutters and a beautiful ceiling rose pendant. There is also a work space in this room to plug in your laptop and connect to the wifi.
There is a very large laundry at the rear which is also equiped as a second kitchen. Also to the rear is a Family Play Room, which has some casual chairs, books and a small tv. This is a great space for kids to run amuck and give you some free space.
At the back of the house, getting the morning sun, is the new entertainment area. Overlooking the beautiful gardens, which look great lit up at night, this space has a dining table seating 8 and a fantastic large Weber BBQ. This is the perfect space to relax and have a wine and enjoy some good food.

You have full access to the house, enjoy a sundowner on the veranda and the convenience of private parking at the rear of the property.
Partridge Street is in the heart of Glenelg. The house is about 250 meters from Jetty Road (Glenelg’s Main Street). To walk down Jetty Road to the beach is a leisurely 10 minutes. The tram stops along Jetty Road. The tram is a pleasant way to get to Adelaide city center for the museums, shopping and sightseeing
Park your car at the house, secure & private.
Then you are walking distance to everything, just relax and stroll for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
Tram goes directly to the CBD if you need.
