Spacious, open floor plan perfect for hosting family and friends. Nearby the Alpine Zoo, great hiking trails, and local eatery. Conveniently located between both ski resorts. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, seating area, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Downstairs fourth bedroom (separate from the house with private access and kitchenette with fridge and microwave) has a queen bed, futon, fireplace, smart TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 5-burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and Pac-Man arcade game. Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near one of the cozy fireplaces.
OUTDOORS - Spacious upper front deck with picnic table, umbrella, patio chairs, and gas barbecue. Lower back deck with a second picnic table.
PARKING - 4 car driveway, covered carport
