Summary
This quaint 2 bedroom house looks over the stunning Georges Bay, St Helens.
With magnificent views, this home is a great destination for your East Coast getaway.

The property is a 5-minute walk to the cafes and restaurants in the main street of St Helens along the new walking track/bike path that hugs the bay. Only a 10-minute drive to the world-famous Bay of Fires beaches and only a 5-minute drive or 20-minute ride to the top of the Flagstaff mountain bike trails.

Space

The house is modest in size but accommodates four people comfortably. It is perched on the north facing slope, looking over the bay. Featuring contemporary furnishings, whilst providing many modern comforts to its guests throughout their stay.
The 2 bedrooms are neat and tidy and feature comfortable double beds. The bathroom is located to the left of the main bedroom with shower, wash basin, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is in a seperate room to the left of the bathroom.
The open plan kitchen and living area is the perfect place to cook a meal in the well equiped kitchen and enjoy socialising with friends and family. There is a large smart TV in the lounge so you can relax and enjoy a movie or your favourite music.
The double glass sliding doors in the lounge area open up to the sunny east facing deck which overlooks the water, so you can relax and recharge.

Guest Access

Guest have access to the whole house during their stay via the secure key lockbox.

The Neighborhood

St Helens overlooks the beautiful George’s Bay, a renowned fishing port, so there is no shortage of local seafood to sample. Go for a stroll down to the wharf to get you fresh seafood or eat fish and chips while you watch the fishing boats coming in. St.helens is where you can do all your shopping, there is everything you need. Post office, Supermarkets, Bakeries, Banks, Gift shops and plenty of Cafes and Restaurants if you feel like dining out.

Getting Around

We recommend a car to enjoy all the East Coast has to offer.

Beaut little cottage with all the mod cons fantastic views

Axlotvof attention has been given to this new listing. Local art is displayed featuring the native fauna and furniture is fresh and comfortable. Yes it is a steep drive but that just works off a chip or two!
