Excellent location. 5 minutes from downtown with a nice selection of eateries, and skiing and tubing at Mt. Cranmore. Open floor plan with comfortable furniture and a fire place. Perfect winter getaway! Plenty of sleeping for a large family with very comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a large finished basement with karaoke and air hockey.

The home was exactly as pictured on the site and we loved our stay! The convenience to the charming town of North Conway and the five ski areas we explored was perfect! We even had a few good hikes all within 30 minutes as well. With a very minor issue at the house, the owner responded immediately, and we were able to simply resolve it. The best was when the snow was falling outside, and we had a wood-burning stove crackling. A perfect New Hampshire winter getaway for our family at the holidays!

Perfect Skiing Vacation Home

This home is perfect for a family skiing vacation. Plenty of room to spread out for 9-10 guests. Located nicely for any of the ski mountains near North Conway.

Perfect getaway

I love going to the White Mountains and this property is close to everything. The house was beautiful and clean. It accommodated our party of 9 comfortably. The kitchen and pantry was well stocked. And having a grill was truly wonderful. We would love to go back.

Lost power but not the fun

We lost power because of wind but there was a lantern and candles that worked out well.. Would definitely stay again and so close to the mountain and town.

Beautiful location, convenient to the mountain

This was a a really wonderful stay for a family of four and two grandparents. There was plenty of room to spread out and the location couldn’t have been better. You’re far enough removed in a peaceful spot from downtown and the mountain, but conveniently just a short few minute drive away. Instructions were clear and there were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with and eat from. We definitely would stay again!

The unit was spotless and check-in couldn't have been easier. More than enough room for 4 adults and two kids. Basement area was perfect space for keeping kids entertained. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay again.

Family gathering for ski weekend

Wonderful stay, plenty of space for all of us to relax, have a big home cooked meal together after a day of skiing at Cranmore. Teens loved the game room with kareoke and ping pong table, and large TV. Recommend bringing gaming console as our kids did and they loved it . The fireplace was cozy.

Place was great! Fit 8 adult men here easily. Booked the place for a ski weekend and we were not disappointed. Ideally located -15 min from attitash and even shorter to restaurants and breweries The tvs were huge and provided a great superbowl experience. Would go again.

This place exceeded our expectations. The four levels enabled the six of us to enjoy our privacy while still providing some great gathering areas where we could enjoy each other. It is located minutes from downtown North Conway, but gave us a very quiet and private location to get away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown.Our contact was Nick, who was very responsive to all our questions and he even handled an onsite issue really quickly.Really loved the place and would definitely use this place again should we come back to North Conway with some friends.

New Years Trip

I booked this house for a New Years get away. Everything about this house was top notch. The pictures are exactly the way the house looked. The location was a short drive to the center of town but remote enough to feel like you are removed from everything. There were only 4 of us so there was more than enough room for us in this home but it was very comfortable and clean. The property manager was very responsive any time I contacted them. I can't wait to book again in the warmer weather so I can sit on the deck and listen to the babbling brook that ran my the condo. I highly recommend this location!

Wonderful Home

Last weekend ,Jan 5-8, my family (4 adults & 3 children under 6.5yo) rented this place for a winter get a way. Keyless entry to the home was so easy.The home was immaculate and is filled with everything you could possibly need. The pictures on the Evolve website depict the home perfectly. There is a great walking path out back leading to a few brooks which you can hear from the home.Location is ideal, minutes to Cranmore and down town North Conway.The owner/property manager was available for the few questions we had and responded to my text messages in minutes.We made some wonderful memories this weekend and lucked out with a snow storm making the area even more beautiful!I highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again in the near future!
