Charming East Hampton cottage w/pool, near Georgica beach

This charming two story Cape-style home is one mile to Georgica beach, 1.5 to Main Beach. It's in E. Hampton village, south of the highway, walking distance to restaurants, exercise, entertainment and boutique shopping.

It has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) and three baths. The two rooms upstairs each have newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and the two bedrooms downstairs share a renovated bathroom with a tub. There's a new couch in the living room. The house has central air. It can comfortably sleep eight.

The living room has a 65 inch smart TV with cable, strong upgraded Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace. The renovated kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge & freezer, a 48' Viking range, a Miele dishwasher and Dacor double ovens. It's fully equipped with a lobster pot, Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, etc. The grounds are landscaped with many flowers and plants. There's a heated in-ground swimming pool (opens April 15) with an automatic safety cover, a hammock, a Weber grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach bikes are provided. There's driveway parking for up to three cars. Note dogs are permitted on a case-by-case basis with a $300 non-refundable fee. Cats are not permitted.

The house was very comfortable for our group. We grilled dinner a couple of nights and ate out by the pool and it was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Great family stay

We were really looking forward to our stay and appreciated the thoughtful amenities for families—streaming services, beach chairs, bikes with a toddler seat, high chair, and a pool with toys. The house was generally clean upon arrival, the temperature was perfect despite the heat, and check-in was easy. Communication before our trip was great, and it’s clear the hosts put effort into making the space family-friendly.That said, some items meant for guests (like the high chair, baby gate, and outdoor gear) were dirty, dusty, or covered in cobwebs, which made them feel neglected. The pool was not clean on arrival, and we were not informed of a “scheduled Monday cleanup” and the response we received was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Fortunately, another person we communicated with was incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful.Unfortunately, we encountered several large bugs in the home due to holes in the screen doors, including what appeared to be flying ants or termites, which disrupted our toddler’s sleep. Out of concern, we left two days early, informed the hosts, and left the house spotless. We asked if anything could be done given the situation, but the dismissive tone from one contact returned. While we appreciated many aspects of the stay and one lovely host, the experience with the other made it unlikely we’d return. For a house rental of that price, with “5 stars”, you would expect some decency. But we felt so insulted, don’t be fooled by these pro reviews!

Great weekend escape from the city

We echo the sentiment of several other great reviews here- the location is hard to beat with close proximity to town and the beach, the property description is accurate and we enjoyed use of the pool and outdoor accommodations, the communication with Victoria was efficient and simple. It was a great overall weekend for our group and we’d love to be back.

Perfect East Hampton Getaway: Fully Equipped and Pet Friendly!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful East Hampton home! Our group of 7 adults and one small 10 lb Shih Tzu fit comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house truly had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen with every imaginable utensil, to lawn games, a heated pool, grills, and even a smoker. It felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered.Victoria, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, she made sure we had everything we needed.The location couldn’t have been better, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway in East Hampton. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Our yearly getaway

We keep coming back to this house. It’s perfect with the fenced in backyard for the dogs and close to everything we like. The owners are responsive and it’s easy to check in. Highly recommend.

Convenient and Well-appointed!

My husband, our adult son, and two of my husband's brothers stayed three nights for a Hampton's wedding weekend. Inside and outside living space was perfect. Big bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a shared bathroom, a big table inside and an even bigger table near the pool, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of water pressure and hot water, and best of all, a cook's kitchen. My husband made an eggs benedict breakfast for his 5 siblings and spouses the morning everyone arrived. A beautiful way to start the weekend. the house is just off Hwy 27, so there is some traffic noise but everything is so accessible from the location -- the main beach in East Hampton is barely a mile. The house has two almost new washers and dryers and an amazing rowenta iron for ironing tuxedo shirts! Victoria is a wonderful host. She answered all questions quickly and provides an info sheet with everything you need to know to stay. We highly recommend.

Great family home near East Hampton

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 infants. The yard and pool are wonderful. The home is small but it worked as we were outside the majority of the time. It is in a neighborhood close to town and several businesses within walking distance. There was some road noise as the main road is close to the house but otherwise it was very peaceful.

Cove Hollow House

Victoria’s house was perfect for our stay with our three adult daughters. The location was perfect. It’s a two minute walk to a terrific gourmet grocery and a CVS. It’s a beautiful and quiet 25 minute walk/10 minute bike ride past wonderful houses and gardens to the marvelous Georgica Beach… and just a few minutes by car into East Hampton. Victoria’s house was perfect for us. The four bedrooms are clean and cheerfu --as are the three updated bathrooms. All the appliances and cooking equipment were first-class. Wifi and air conditioning were excellent. The backyard and pool were very inviting! We also put the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to good use. Finally, it was a pleasure dealing with Victoria.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We all had a lovely time at this house. It was exactly as shown in photo's. Very clean. Host was wonderful, friendly and very responsive. Any questions we had they replied quickly and that was super helpful with young kids. Outdoor area is fantastic. House is in a Great location. Quick trip into town and could easily use non-montauk hwy roads when there was traffic. Beaches near the house are a very quick 5 min drive and beautiful. Our 3 year old daughter came home and could not stop talking about how she loved her vacation and had so much fun. I highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed the property’s amenities (particularly those outdoors), its setting (especially the foliage), and its location in proximity to so much (beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc). Communicating with the owners was easy—they responded promptly. We had a lovely time.

Great location- beautiful pool

Perfect trip

Victoria’s house was exactly what we needed. The pool was heated and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Beds were comfortable. Short bike ride to a gorgeous beach with bikes provided! Victoria checked in with us often to make sure we were taken care of. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, central location

We enjoyed having a central location close to wineries and beaches. The pool and downtown area were definitely nice to have. The owners were nearby and readily available to come over for assistance- thank you to Jay for all of his instructions and maintenance!

Amazing stay, great location!

We stayed here for a June family vacation and absolutely loved it. The pool is incredible, the house perfect for a family, and the owners are wonderful hosts always available for any questions you might have. And the proximity to CVS and the Red Horse market is a big plus traveling with a family... thank you!!
