Lovely home in a fantastic location! Close to everything, beautiful pool area, and a great base for exploring the area. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, bikes for the whole family, and everything we needed for the beach and pool. Hosts were fantastic!

The property is beautiful, perfectly located and well equipped. I stayed here for 5 nights over Memorial Day with 6 girlfriends and there was plenty of space and amenities. Both Victoria and Jay were very attentive and responsive hosts, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house and very clean. Very responsive host who stays next door and will help with anything if needed. The pool was great and the Red Horse Market was a five minute walk. Lots of bikes to use. All high end appliances were really nice and showers were great. We had to stay inside for two days because of the Canadian fires and we were very comfortable. Best of all dog friendly and property seemed secure though the highway is directly behind the house.

My family and friends enjoyed a glorious weeklong stay in this exceptional, charming, comfortable, clean, and wonderfully appointed home — which was also equipped with many bikes and ample beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrellas). This home is just a short bike ride to lovely Georgica Beach! The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. We whipped up delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen and from the outside grill. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed evening swims in the heated pool and card games on the back deck dining table, all of which was amply illuminated by outdoor lighting. Kudos to the owners for their thoughtfulness and care !! We look forward to returning !!

Terrific stay at Jay and Victorias East Hampton cottage. Sooo charming! Pool was great! Rooms were great. House was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. And Victoria was so helpful and responsive to any question I had.

Great weekend escape from the city

We echo the sentiment of several other great reviews here- the location is hard to beat with close proximity to town and the beach, the property description is accurate and we enjoyed use of the pool and outdoor accommodations, the communication with Victoria was efficient and simple. It was a great overall weekend for our group and we’d love to be back.

Great house and location

Our stay at this property was relaxing and enjoyable. The location is ideal. Close to the beach and the restaurants in East Hampton and Sag Harbor. The owners checked in and were helpful. We will likely stay here again.

Amazing stay, great location!

We stayed here for a June family vacation and absolutely loved it. The pool is incredible, the house perfect for a family, and the owners are wonderful hosts always available for any questions you might have. And the proximity to CVS and the Red Horse market is a big plus traveling with a family... thank you!!

Would stay again in a heartbeat

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a fenced in backyard for the dogs and a heated pool for us. Close to the beach and dog park. Looking forward to booking again.
